I ordered 8 wefts of hair for $ 684 in February and have heard nothing since receiving my confirmation email with my order number. It appears the website is down, Ive called the salons phone number, emailed both the help email as well as the owner of this business and have heard nothing. I have not received any of the wefts, or my money back.

6/30/22 - Hair appointment for bleach was scheduled at 2pm-6pm for $350.I called in 20 minutes late due to an unforeseen emergency. Was still told I could come in to discuss my hair but that most likely I wouldn't be serviced.Arrived by 2:40 and was told I will be considered a no show and charged FULL PRICE of service. NO service was provided to me, yet I did show up. It is not a secret that most businesses charge the 50% late cancellation fee to make up for lost time yet it's 50% because no labor was done. This is what I was fully prepared to pay for being late - NOT a full service fee for something I didn't receive. I also believe that the stylist could have still taken me on, but she refused and said she had no time although there were 3 hours remaining in the time slot I had reserved.Basically I was kicked out and charged the full service fee because I was a "no show" even though I clearly was not. This is a form of scamming.

***** Kim signed my cancellation policy and agreed to it before booking through my booking app, vagaro. You have to in order to book an appointment. She called me 25 minutes after her scheduled appointment time there for considered a no show. which is the bottom line. attached as in image giving proof that she had to agree to my policy in order to book. Along with some proof of her slandering my business.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are only accepted 24hrs before your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of service. No shows will be charged 100%. of your scheduled service. No exceptions.

I will explain the rest just incase I need to.

***************** originally booked an in person consult with me on May 26th, 2022. She called me before her appointment stating she couldn't figure out a ride and asked to do an over the phone consult I agreed. We talked and with the info she provided me I suggested a bleach and tone would give me enough time to do her hair.

She booked a bleach and tone for June 30th 2022 @ 2pm. which is a 4 hour appointment. In order to book that appointment she had to sign and agree to my cancellation policy. on June 30th 2022 I did not even get contacted by ***** until 2:25. 25 minutes past her scheduled appointment. On the phone she once again told me she was having difficulties with a ride situation. I said I can no longer take you because its 25 minutes past your appointment. if you would like you may come in and we can discuss your options. (I have yet to see her hair in person so I was trying to see if I could still accommodate her.) I then told her she would be charged.

She then showed up 40 minutes after her scheduled appointment. (I thought she called 25 minutes late because she was close) I looked at her hair and she had banding in her hair which is a correction color service which takes even longer then a bleach and tone. I told her I was sorry that we absolutely didn't have enough time. I told her she would be charged a no show fee of ****** and she said okay and then left.

She immediately called me disputing my policy. I said you didn't contact me until way after your appointment which means you are a no-show vs contacting me before which would have been 50% vs the no show that 100% of service. she then said but I. had issues with my ride and I said I'm sorry its to protect my income.

I was then informed she was charged the no show fee twice so I immediately refunded the extra charge.

      Then I get an email....

I responded to the email the next day.

Then I got a bad review not only from her but also her friends that I have never serviced or talked to in my life.

Then she and her friends continued to harass me for 2 days slandering my business on multiple media platforms for my business. Instagram (not only mine but also my partners) and my ****** page.

      Complaint: 17511452

I am rejecting this response because:

Leone acts as if Im not aware I signed the cancellation policy. I am aware of my faults in that I didnt meet the stores time requirements.

My complaint is that this business method is still however unreasonable - its almost a universal practice to take deposits or charge 50% of service fees for no shows BECAUSE zero service is provided. I took to the BBB when I also realized the hairstylist lied to me to make this full charge seem like ethical business practice. She had framed in her email as if I came at too awkward of a time to be able to find another client to fill in the time I had booked which obviously means shed be out of the money for the whole day. I understood then that it made sense for her to fullt charge me if she would have to lose out on money for the rest of the day because of me. I was left to wonder why though, f the rest of the day wasnt booked, I was not offered to even do half of a session or even a basic haircut for the momey I had to pay anyway. Leone was understandably frustrated with me as a late client, but this is BUSINESS. I dont understand how it makes sense to have no accommodations whatsoever when I paid full price.

When I posted about this on social media, my friends and followers commented on how unethical of a business practice this was and that it was a form of a scam. In Leones defense, a friend had commented that I could not argue that Leone could have serviced me because she had already taken another client. I took to the BBB because there is now proof that Leone lied to me. She had tried to justify this full charge since according to her, she couldnt find any other clients to fill my spot and would lose that income for the whole day which is contrary to the information her friend exposed. Please see the attached screenshots of Leones email to me, and the comment her friend made. After the discrepancy was pointed out, Leone deleted all comments and blocked me. She accuses me and my friends calling out this gross practice as harrassment if she would like to label my efforts to bring awareness to this as harrassment, I will label her actions towards me as what they were too - theft. I paid $350 for nothing to be done and Leone lost nothing and instead gained extra money that day as she took on that client after me but continues to try to argue that it was to protect her income.

      Sincerely,

      Sakang (kacey) ***
