I am writing about an appointment I had yesterday with ******** that ended in a very bad service that was far from what I tried to express to her. I booked an appointment for a slight trim and to talk about hair extensions. Previously in early June ******** trimmed my hair and reapplied a few extensions I had in my hair. I have been growing out my hair and use to wear extensions but was trying to get away from using them. In June I was happy with the service. But yesterday was a different story. I asked to only trim 1/4 to 1/2 inch since it had only been 2 months. She trimmed an inch. She tried to explain why but I have had my hair trimmed at a previous salon Sublime and I got a slight trim with a little style. I really wanted to talk to ******** about other extension options mainly on the sides. I have a head injury so one side is slightly shorter, and I have been using hair growth serums, massaging my scalp and a few extensions as needed. I usually don't wear extensions inBusiness response

Client didn't tell us she wanted a refund. We learned that on Yelp. We refunded her after reading her review and contacting her to resolve. Client has been refunded in full.
