Its been almost a year since Ive placed my order. Every time I reach out its Youll get your order by the end of the monthI have never received the order and it seems that I never will. Im expecting a full refund, but my hopes are not high. I hope no one orders from this company ever again. Absolutely garbageReview from Sarah D

Don't purchase from this company! I have the same complaints as other customers here. I placed an order in January, and I still have received only 2 of the 4 products I ordered (and those took at least a month to arrive). I've reached out repeatedly (via email, because they have no phone number) and they can't tell me if I'll ever get the other two products I ordered. I've asked several times now for them just to give me my money back, and their responses to these requests are slow and confusing and unhelpful. So again, DO NOT place a purchase with this company!!!Review from Timothy K

I ordered legs they had on special on 08/28/23 , I contacted them on 9/17/23 because other than a confirmation of sale I hadnt received any date for shipping, on 9/18/23 I received a reply that they didnt have a shipping date but would let me know when the order was ready to ship, on 11/20/23 I sent them a email saying that I still had not received a shipping confirmation, they emailed me back offering a 20% refund and my order was 4 to 5 weeks out , I refused the 20% off and said to please email me when its ready to ship, I sent a email on 1/6/24 asking about my order again and received a reply on 1/7/24 that my order would ship in a couple weeks , emailed them on 2/10/24 asking for an update and on 2/11/24 I get an email back that my order would be back on track in 3 to 5 weeks, now I can understand a production delays, but Ive received no less than 10 emails from them about sales on their different products and offering special shipping deals, so Im confused on how a company that cant fill a small order of 4 table legs can continue to offer special deals, *****************************Review from Rick C

I wish I could give them zero stars! I have yet to receive my order, which I submitted one month ago. I have emailed them several times asking for an estimated ship date and each time they respond saying that will have that information "tomorrow", which never comes. At this point, I believe the company is a scam - their website does not have an option to leave a review, yet its review page is filled with nothing but 5 star reviews. I feel it is unlikely that I will ever receive my order or a refund. Very disappointed.
