I have health insurance with FirstHealth, I purchased the medical insurance in November 2020. I received invoices for medical bills from January 2021 to April 2021, the bills have added up to about $13,200.00. I called to complain to the insurance company in March 2021 because they did not coved any of the medical expenses. I have been paying for the insurance and the insurance should cover all my medical expenses. I sent copies of the invoice to *********************** at ****************************. on July 22, 2021. I just received another **** for $5000.00.When I called, i was told that this health insurance does not cover WI area, but yet they kept taking my monthly payments. How can I resolve this problem?
