This company double-charged me for my boiler device screen replacement, not performing any other work, with no item descriptions. My boiler providing hot water & heating had a black screen which stopped the sale of the house. Still functions normally which was well informed to the technician, it was originally installed in 2012 and maintained yearly until 2021 as the previous tech retired. I called this company and set the appointment on 09/06/2023. The Office listened my descriptions and indicated the maintenance of $349 yet The tech on 09/06 did no repair, as he stated that he can NOT do anything because of the black screen and asked for $800 as down-payment of the screen which is about half of the screen repair work. NO email nor phone call from them next 2 days. I then called on 09/08 afternoon 2:23pm for progress. At 4:12 she/Office called asking for the key code to enter which I provided. A text in at 5:36pm that the tech is on-the-way then the phone call from the Tech on 5:40pm asked for payment - only a matter of 4 minutes later. I asked if the $1513.** includes the down-payment of $800 and the answer was yes. I then provided the payment information. I DO NOT agree with the charge of $800 charge because it is part of replacement work followed by a full charged of $1513.** posted instead. No other services performed - the techs note which clearly indicated replace touch screen and this is the ONLY tag in the utility room posted by the Tech. Yet the office lady still attempted to bill $349 later which does not line-up with anything. My observations from these 2 short visits concluded 1) Random billing, 2) No descriptions of work items prior to work, 3) Questionable quality of work, as the replaced screen shows the date of year 2011, indicating no set-up details was performed during that 5 minutes, from the text of "on the way" to the phone call asking for payment, Screenshots and photos are taken for this claim.

I had 4 gas fireplaces in my home receive services from Integrity. When I made the appointment, I made it very clear that 3 of the 4 where not working, they even asked me the make and model numbers so that they could throw in parts in case something needed to be fixed. I guess Integrity Energy Systems considered this a maintenance visit and not a diagnostic/"fix it" visit? I was never told a price up front for the cost of the services ($279/fireplace with the 4 fireplaces costing over $1200 with tax). When told the final price my jaw nearly hit the floor, there were no parts being installed - nothing extra besides a cleaning and a system check. To reiterate a "maintenance" is just a cleaning and system check. On one of fireplaces, before the technician (who was a really good person and easy to work with) left, I told him the pilot light went out. The technician stated that he would have someone contact me regarding getting that fixed (remember, I call Integrity to have the fireplaces "fixed" in the first place, not to get maintained), because it was already after 6pm. Now Integrity Energy Systems wants to charge an additional $400+ to come back out fix the pilot light. A game of bait and switch? Highway robbery? In my opinion, there are less expensive options to have this kind of work done and other businesses that have more INTEGRITY that you should hire to get your work completed. Charging for two trips when the job could have been completed in a single trip is unjust!
