      I have to have brain surgery for my aneurysm and because Swedish screwed up I have to go and look for another brain surgeon. Therefore, if something happens to me it is the fault of Swedish hospital.This is possibly the worst hospital I have ever dealt with period if I could give them a million negative stars I most certainly would. They are trying to bill me for $15,000 which is not my fault. I have a brain aneurysm and I went to see the neuroscience center. I began seeing them in 2018 when I had different insurance. Between then and now my aneurysm has grown and so it was imperative that I had a procedure done to see how much it had grown and whether it was leaking. This is dangerous. I went to Swedish and I asked them if they took my insurance period I gave them the name of my insurance and they said yes they took my insurance period therefore, I went and I had the procedure done and then I get a bill for $15,000. Apparently, they were out of network but they did not tell me that they were they said that they were in fact in my network. They lied. The procedure was $30,000, ridiculous, my insurance paid 50% of that. Under the surprise billing act, Swedish should be liable to pay that extra money since I got a bill from them that I should not have received. I have been trying to make contact with them from September. I have called, I have emailed, I have written letters and nothing has been resolved. In fact, when I finally get a human being on the phone they promise to escalate the situation to their supervisor and then the supervisor never calls me back. Swedish is supposed to be top of the line as far as hospitals in ****************, but I'm here to tell you they are c*** They don't care about their customers or patients, all they care about is being a multi $1,000,000 corporation that steals money out of people's pockets instead of helping them.

      I have called Walgreens pharmacy multiple times over the last 4 days to get information regarding medications for my 76 year old mother. I have been on hold over 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and they never do. They have disconnected me twice which meant I had to call back and start all over in the que. Today I drove there to talk to someone in person but they walked out on me leaving me standing there because they were on they're way out for a late lunch. All I need to know is if my mom's meds are ready because I not received a notification from them. My mom needs her meds asap.
