My family went on vacation to Seattle and stayed at Warwick Seattle from 3/9/24-3/12/24. Thestay was not bad. There could have been some improvements in service and facilities, but none the less expectations met those of itsself being a two star hotel. We chose to use the valet. When pulling into the valet parking we were instructed to pay at the valet and not through the hotel, which we did. Then upon checking in, we were told that was not accurate. The vacation itself went fine with few issues to be expected from a two star hotel. Upon checking out, the valley told us that we were unable to get our car because we did not have the claim ticket. We told him that last we left the hotel, the parking attendant lost the ticket. We were told not to worry about it as he could track it another way if we needed our car again. The attendant did not care. He still argued with me and at one point began yelling, stating that he could not do anything for me. I told him I could give him my drivers license and car rental agreement and he rebuffed stating simply, "no," This argument continued in front of my wife and child. With time ticking and less than two hours to get to the airport I told him to figure it out. He still refused indicating the hotel does not know who we are and he would call the police. Again all this infront of my wife and child. With no time left, I grabbed my keys from off of his rack as he left it unsecured and we got in our car and left. He was screaming, "Police" at us.Upon getting to the airport, I called the hotel to tell them of the scenario and was told the ** would call me back..which he never did. I am appalled that this behavior took place on the premises of the Warwick Seattle. I understand that the parking company is separate yet still an associate / partner entity. I would like my money reimbursed as we ended our vacation being yelled at and called a liar by an associate company at Warwick. As well I never had my call returned.

Booked a room at the Warwick in Seattle on their website for $114 on 2/23 for date 3/4 leaving 3/5. Attached document is the website where it was booked. I immediately cancelled the room on 2/24. My wife is delivering our baby on 3/5 in Seattle and needed to cancel this reservation. I called Warwick to cancel on 2/24 and was given the run around and sent to several members who could not help me. I then asked for a manager who I left a message with to cancel. Several days later I was then charged full amount for the room that I canceled. I again called Warwick and the gentleman I spoke with at front desk was understanding and didnt realize money was taken out of my account. On the website it does state free cancellation. He mentioned he will make more notes on my account to cancel the room and try to refund the money. This was not the manager. Today on 2/28 I was charged a second time for full amount $134.52 that is twice Ive been charged this amount! I again call Warwick and ask for a manager and once more leave a message with zero call backs. Im beyond frustrated with this hotel and their lack of customer service. This is not okay and want my money back. Total is $269.04 for being charged twice now for a cancelled room

This hotel should be condemned with the amount of mold and filth throughout the room as well as the pool area. It makes me seriously concerned for their restaurant as well. The place was covered in stains, mold, old food, sticky substances on counters, holes in the walls, as well as the fire sprayers inside the ceiling making them useless in the event of a fire. I contacted management through three different types of communication and have been ignored.

I stayed at the Warwick Hotel Seattle for 3 nights from July *****, 2022. I have a list of grievances with the hotel, from billing discrepancies to non-functioning items in the room and, most importantly, to what appear to be hazardous health conditions. I've outlined the full list of grievances in an attached document, along with supporting photographs and billing statements. I have attempted several times to resolve this matter with hotel management - in person, in writing, and via phone - to no avail. I believe these matters warrant a formal complaint to the BBB and I respectfully request your intervention on my behalf.Attachments: (1) List of issues and timeline correspondence (2) Emails with myself and hotel management (3) original reservation with cost information (4) final bill (5) photos of the hotel

Booked our stay 7/27-7/28/22. Website still showing restaurant and bar are OPEN for dining. Website states this is a luxury hotel. Restaurant and bar are in fact closed, this is false & misleading advertising. Seattle is not safe at night so having a hotel restaurant is key for a mom traveling with kids. Hotel sheets covered in blood, no *** outlet plug-ins in rooms, room was dirty and not cleaned. Hotel management and corporate have not returned my calls or emails for almost 1 week. I requested a refund as we had to leave this hotel and stay at a different one. The website for this hotel is still showing an open restaurant and bar, they have not corrected this and therefore they are advertising false information just to get you there. Reservation locator: ******* Confirmation: ********** Total booking: $379.49 Thank you in advance for your time.
