Lier's , thieves, inconsistent, with their their qualifications in putting your money back into your account after they pulled money for a policy that had been canceled they continue to pull money from your account . Sent specifications they need to return the money they literally stole from my bank account , when I gave them exactly what they ask for , they sent another email with another list . They failed to stop taking money out of my account for a policy that was removed , that is theft !!! Dishonest fraudulent theft from a federally secured bank account . They were turned in to the insurance commissioner's office in Florida for their dishonest fraudulent behavior and immediately se t an email asking g for a new set of demands if I wanted to get my money back . I se t them another Email requesting my money back under the first list they sent . I am contacting the insurance commissioner's again today , and Federal trade commissioner's office and if I need to I will file a police report too . They are thieves snd nothing less than thieves . BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY VIOLATES TRUST AND PROFESSIONALISM IN GOOD FAITH . THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY WITH YOUR BANKING !Review from Bryan K

Went through assurance for health ins market place. Been warned do use them. Set it up wrong and now took ****** out of my acct. Been waiting for refund and it's beenawful customer service. The agent keeps sending me to av med that he set me up with and I'm getting no where. Stay away from bothco. The customer service on both ends has been horrible.Review from elliott b

Bought a phone from Assurance and it was sent to me by ****** it was a phone programed with someone else's phone number. Bought the phone on 12/21/2023 and since then I have been given the round around for a return and refund. I am stuck with a phone that I can't use, Before you buy a phone from ****** read the reviews full of people who got ripped off.Review from Eric W

First off I got 200 call a day when I agree to application it was approved than theyblamed cinga.as I dealt w agent day after day months ** benefits so I changer different healt help assistance now I still get harassment call every minute ,I asked them repeatedly to take off call list ,I would not recommend assurance I'm told there o. Phone with cinga, no reply about case ,now Feb stillno benfits,yet still calli g ask for other I. Household who already have benefits, when they were told to stop call they call from other number.this is telemark g harassment t,ware our Justice system,still poi ting fingersReview from Lalenia C

My experience with Assurance IQ has been wonderful. I've had leaders that I could trust, who were knowledgeable and educated. My team has been amazing. My beneficiaries have been wonderful and grateful for the help. It's been a blast and I wouldn't trade this experience for the world.Review from Jessica T

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I was lied to and not provided all the information. I was told if I set up a renters policy for my daughter who is a driver on my auto policy that I would get a discount on my auto policy. That was a lie as the auto side said that is not true for drivers on my policy. Today my daughter wanted to pay off the remaining balance that should have been like $45. They said it was $79.94 remaining due to a $5 fee that is charged monthly. I dont recall that being advised to me when I set it up for my daughter. The person that set up the account obviously didnt know what she was doing. Even though the representative was the cause of all the frustration. No one I spoke with afterwards has made an attempt to make things right. I was offered for them to wave next months $5 fee. I am surprised they have any customers left if this is how they handle business. What was supposed to be $150 for a policy. Ill be paying $200 for. I do not recommend this company. Being up front and honest is what helps people make decisions. Had I been told correctly I would have never set this policy up with them. They lie for your business.Review from Vincent B

Was assisted by a very courteous and professional agent but was given inaccurate information. Was setting up a ******** plan for my wife who turned 65 in September of 2023. We had been traveling all summer and wasnt able to complete our choice until the second week of September. Was concerned for a lapse in coverage because her prior plan expired at the end of August. Was told not to worry because the plan would be retroactive to 9/1/2023. Not the case a she had an emergency the last week of the month. Claim has been denied and we get to eat the cost. We have no recourse in the matter after speaking to an Assurance rep today. Use this company at your own risk!!!Review from Chanel B

I will start off by saying every single negative review that Ive researched prior to my experience was *****% true. This company wins #1 spot for being full of liars and false promises from trainers to upper management. Okay so here we go.Everything started out great, training and nesting was good and pretty thorough. We were told that we would make a minimum of $35 per sale regardless of how many we got however, that was not the case at all. They have an EVQ system that is mad confusing on purpose to undercut your commissions. Also, be prepared to not only do your job but compliances job as well. I say that because that is the department that grades your sales calls. They fail your QA call automatically which affects your commissions greatly so then you have to be pulled away from the inbound sales calls to grade your own calls just to find out you didnt fail at all. Whoever graded it obviously never listened to call in the first but somehow it was a fail? Very shady and can be considered a loss in wages being that the sales calls are an hour+ long and compliance gets paid much more by the hour to do that specific job. We were told that we could make at least $20k during AEP season. LOL. What a lie. There were agents making $0 for their sales. The commission structure changed every other week during aep which resulted in even lower payouts. I started off making $70 per app my first month out of nesting, the next month dropped down to $50, month after $30 and then boom AEP rolls around and Assurance only paid me $20 per app which was i think strategically done to pay out the least during AEP. My conversion rate never dropped below 7% which is the minimum required and i made at least 20 sales per month, now the carriers are paying Assurance about $715 per app maybe more and i only get $20 as a licensed agent?? And if you dont make any sales, you dont get any calls. If youre reading this. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!Review from Kris C

People here should be ashamed of themselves. They spam call CONSTANTLY, I have over 15 voicemails in one day. They target seniors for ******** scams, I'm neither a senior or on ********.
