      This company is sooooo shady and now after looking at the reviews on here it makes sense that these other poor folks dealt with my same issues I had with them. I requested a withdrawal pin to receive my savings well after I left my employer and Milliman said that they only mail them. After 2 months of waiting and requesting the pin multiple times due to not receiving the mail from them, Milliman has the audacity to still tell me to wait for the withdrawal PIN code in the mail that they never send, and worse of all they make it the only way to verify your identity. Im sure this is ********** lawyer and I will be filing a civil suite because no 401k should be this difficult to withdraw from, I never had this problem with any other company but them. Its ashamed theyre even still operational, please whoever is reading this go to vanguard for your 401k plan or someone more reliable. ***** regret doing business with Milliman I promise you, I hope this helps others.

      The withdrawal lock process is in place for your protection and to ensure there is no unauthorized access to your account.  You must request the code, which we provided the steps for you to do and you completed on 3/21.   The code was not received because you changed your address.  If the mail is not forwarded correctly from your prior address, you must go online to request a new code to be sent to your new address as we have communicated.  Please contact us if you need assistance in requesting a new code.

      If I could give less than one star I would. This company is a joke. I was sent mail that I could early withdraw my 401k with an incentive and due to life I decided it was a good option for my family. From the start it has been like chewing nails. First I had to give them more information than I had to give to get a house loan. Basically the only things I didnt give them were my first born child and a blood sample, although Im still not sure they wont ask for it. Second they have the absolute worst customer service. ****, uninformed, wrong information, are all words I would use to describe. I was even told that it wasnt my money, and I should be thankful they were paying it out to me. I started the process in December. Its March and I still dont have the funds, which is very irritating since we are trying to purchase a home. Their website is also a joke. On it the payout date listed 2/29/2024 as a payout date, yet that date came and went and I have no payout. I called and the girl stated April and that there was no record of the 2/29 date, although I have it screenshot. Im curious as to why it takes so long when other companies can payout in mere days. I will never use this company again after this, I just want whats owed to me. Im honestly not even sure at this point they arent scamming me and stealing my identity.

      The paperwork that was initially received dated November 29, 2023, clearly outlined the distribution would occur in April 2024.   We received your initial paperwork in December, and after receiving corrected paperwork with appropriate notary signatures, your forms have been qualified and processed.    The distribution will occur in April 2024 as originally communicated.

      Horrible company. Dont ever use these guys for anything. I have a 401k from a previous employer that Im trying to close out with this horrid company and they cant help for anything. They mailed me a Withdrawal code which took 7 days to come and is needed to retrieve money from said account. When the code arrived and I entered the code into the website it was incorrect. After entering the incorrect code they mailed me 3x on the website they automatically enlist you to get a new code and wait another 7 days to get a code. When I called the customer service line their support was probably the worst Ive ever gotten in my life. No answers, no help, telling me that Im incorrect and wrong that the number is correct which Ive offered to give them this said code so they could try it for themselves but wouldnt. Absolute joke of a company dont give them any money ever youre better off using a different 401k company.

      This company is a joke! They have information incorrect, I was denied life insurance due to this and we have proven documentation that it was incorrect and I was told to get a copy of the report but the company will not send it. I have asked three times for this report in the last month!

      Milliman IntelliScript received a request for this report on 11/27/2023 and delivered this on 12/2/2023 to the requested email address. We received a second request from the consumer on 12/5/2023, our team responded that we sent the report on 12/2/2023 and asked the consumer to confirm receipt. On 12/13/2023, we received a voicemail from the consumers insurance agent inquiring about the case. We returned the phone call and spoke directly with the consumer and agent. We resent the report to the consumer, confirmed receipt and that all concerns were satisfied. Milliman IntelliScript considers this case closed, and the consumer is aware they may contact us with any other needs.

      I've never seen a company take so long to process anything. They've had a court order to split a 401k account for over a month now and have both parties jumping through hoops to submit socials (that they've been provided with multiple times) just to establish a new account. Six families and two attorneys are being affected by this - but customer service can't even manage to be friendly. They're rude. They've hung up on professionals trying to help and their own clients throughout this process. Other 401k companies have managed the exact same thing in a matter of days, where Milliman takes months. If you have any say whatsoever - go with someone else. If I could give them less than 1 star - I would. This has been painful to watch.

      The representatives that help when I call are all professional and very helpful. But there is a lack of communication between processor and the consumer. I submit documents for a hardship withdrawal. Apparently, one of the documents was missing some information; there was no call nor an email informing me of this so I could obtain the correct documents. I didn't know until I called almost a week later to check the status. Even though I have sent the correct documentation again there is still no communication, nor is there anyplace I can go to get a status update.I hate the fact that I have to consistently call and see if there are updates regarding my withdrawal.I am on the verge of sending a complaint to my employer. Hopefully they can consider another 401k administrator that is better with their communication and process.

      Called company with questions as I was confused due to the letter stating I could commence taking my monthly payments on or after January 2023. And was told by *******, I couldn't take these payments until my commencement date 9/2024. Then I proceeded to ask how to name beneficiaries for my plan and was told I could do this online. Online did not give me this option. So then I proceeded with the live chat and requested a form to be sent by mail and was told there is no form to name beneficiaries. I honestly felt that I got the run around and was not helped with questions and request. Very disappointed.

      Worked for previous employer where I left the company . Contacted Milliman and submitted all paperwork to receive lump sum payment. My commencement date was given and here we are a month later after being advised by two reps that my pension lump sum would come in 7-14 days . I reached out twice to ensure the check wasn’t coming from a foreign country but nope just Dallas . I find it unprofessional that a check is mailed out without any tracking or definitive date . Clearly per all complaints this issue is major . A rep advised me to stop payment and they would reissue but the process would just start over again . Why is this the consumer issue and why is a mail check the only option when you all received my money electronically in the 1st place . I will ensure that I leave a review and complaint to show how misleading and unprofessional this business is so that no one else is affected .

      In response to the complaint from this participant surrounding the delivery and timing of their pension lump sum benefit. • This participant commenced their benefit in March. • The physical check was mailed within our normal processing time frame. • The benefit payment was a lump sum amount. • The check writer executes all lump sum payments via physical check for security purposes. • This is meant to reduce potential security risk around a large lump sum payment being sent electronically via direct deposit to an incorrect bank account. • The specific payment execution followed here was aligned with our normal administration process and approved by the plan sponsor. This matter has been resolved with timely payment of their benefit. We consider this matter closed.

      Millimam-Intelliscript has made it so I cannot get a Medicare Policy Supplement G for a incorrect judgement of my health condition- This incompetent company which United Healthcare uses to make judgement on people health conditions based on the prescriptions they use. This company told United Health Care that I had COPD, when my own Pulmonologists that I use to go to told me that I do not have COPD. This incompetent Millimam-Intelliscript is the advisor to United Health Care based on the drugs a person uses as to what their condition likely is. This ignorant incompetent company told United Health Care something that has never been true health wise concerning me. My own pulmonologists told me himself that I have no such condition of COPD. This Millimam-Intelliscript is SO IMCOMPETENT that they obviously do not know what they are doing and ARE RUINING PEOPLES LIVES with THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!

      I had 401k with Milliman for a while through a company I worked with, and was told to call this other company. They had my information and was wondering why they had my information when I never gave them this old information that Milliman had since I was working with a different company at the time. I find it to be strange to invest somewhere for a while and then wind up not investing for a bit, no one bothered to get in contact. At least ask if something is up or freeze the account for a while. Since another company told me they don't have to do anything, to me its like giving someone free money for nothing without warning or notice. All I'm saying is, keep an eye on your investments and whatever else, once they zero out your information and cash there is nothing you can do about, when an entity has somewhere in the world. Be careful and stay mindful
