      08/20/2024 I would like to File a complaint with the Better business Bureau in regards to company: www.mailaletter.com,.....On 08/02/2024 I paid for express mail for overnight delivery wich was: $47.98 cents,... Usually when I pay for this service, my mail service leaves that same day and gets to the correct destination in a day or two,...On 08/02/2024 when I paid $47.98 cents my 1 page letter was actually going to United States District courts Eastern District of ********** to ask and request for an Extension of time on my Court case procedure.I accepted this one page mail service to get to my destination from 08/03/2024-08/05/2024 with the price I paid,... Because the Washington Courts never got this letter yet at any given time the courts could call e up and say we're closing out your court case because we never got that letter in the mail from you for an extension of time,.....On August 19th I get an email from the company: www.mailaletter.com ******************************* saying that that 1 page letter was just mailed out,..... Very unprofessional,... hurtful, disrespectful I don't know the right words the Mail should have gotten to the courts a lot sooner and a lot faster,.....I am asking for: www.mailaletter.com to please Cancel that letter that you all just mailed out to the Courts on 08/19/2024 and please refund me the amount of: $47.98 back to my original payment-method and please in the future if I pay your guys company the amount of: $47.98 please make sure my mail gets to the destination in a day or two please and thank you,...Sincerely,.....***************************** Email: ******************************* Cell: ************

      On April 25th 2023 at 7:35 a.m. I called to cancel my ************ as I was moving out of Sun City to ********, ** I spoke with ******* and she told me there would be an early termination fee because I downgraded my service in February of 2022 and therefore I supposedly signed another 2-year commitment. However I asked the lady on the phone in February of 2022 if this would extend my commitment and she said oh no not at all..******* then told me that there is a 10-month commitment remaining at 77 a month and I asked her to please send me to the resolution center she said she can't send me there because she is a lead and they are too busy. I told her if she can't help me I would write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and at 7:52 a.m. she said that she's no longer allowed to talk to me because I said that I am going to send this to the bbb. I told her no problem just transfer me to someone higher up. At 7:52 a.m. ******* told me she's still waiting for manager in the resolution Department to reply to her request via email to get on the line with me and that I will be waiting a long long time because they never answer and she started laughing.I said no problem because I have all day..At 7:55 a.m. she said she would request a call back to me and I said how long would I have to wait and she said that they wouldn't call me back I would have to call them again!She said she had other people to help and that she could no longer stay on the line with me as it had been 20 minutes she said that I will owe the money and they will send me the final bill and I said but I asked the girl in February of 2022 and she said there is no more extended contract when I downgraded..Can you please help me? their crooks!My two years commitment was up April 17th 2023!

      Hello,I am writing to file a complaint against Geologie, a skincare company that has engaged in unethical business practices, including enrolling me in a monthly subscription without my consent, failing to provide a receipt of purchase, and lying to keep my money.On February 21, 2023, I made a one-time purchase of Geologie's skincare products through their website. However, in September, I noticed a charge of $127.19 on my credit card statement from Geologie. When I called their customer service, I was informed that I had been enrolled in a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent.I immediately requested to cancel the subscription and for a refund of the unauthorized charge. However, the customer service representative refused to issue a refund, provided no evidence of my enrollment. I would provide an order number, but no receipt or confirmation email was provided for the illegal transaction. I then searched online and found many other people who had experienced the same issue with Geologie. It appears that this is a common practice for the company, and they have been deliberately misleading customers to increase their profits.I am extremely disappointed by Geologie's dishonest and unethical practices, and I urge the Better Business Bureau to take action against this company to prevent them from deceiving other customers.I request a full refund of the unauthorized charge and an apology for the inconvenience caused. I also ask that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to ensure that Geologie does not continue to deceive and harm its customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*****

      I wrote a letter on 9/27 and paid $50 for express shipping which is "guaranteed to almost all locations overnight." The letter was shipped on 9/28 and is not scheduled to arrive until Saturday, October 1. The letter was sent to an inmate and prisons do not distribute mail on the weekend. Thus, I could have paid $1.99 for my husband to receive the extremely important letter 6+ days later or dropped it in the mailbox myself, which i typically do, with a single stamp. The purpose was the importance of arrival time, which is clearly not the case.       I am a wine club meme we at Coopers hawk. Then employee **** informed me that there are walk ins available but as soon as I informed him I had 2 children and a baby with me he told me that the establishment was booked for the night. I have been coming to Coopers hawk for years. I wanted to know how long the wait was because I know that the establishment takes walk-ins. I was informed I could not walk in and it I do a table for 5 would be unavailable. I have never been informed this in the past. Its as if he didnt Even want my service!
