    On June 21st, I placed an order **********for a bracelet. Upon tracking the delivery, *** stated that the packaging was empty/no bracelet and the remaining packaging was discarded. They stated they informed Blue Nile on the 27th. Blue Nile never reached out to me, so I reached out to them. I have been getting the run around and lied to by a representative by the name of *****. I was first told that I cannot receive a refund or replacement until they conduct an investigation. Then she stated they they contacted *** and she claimed they told her they are reviewing videos in case they find the bracelet. I called *** myself because the representative was vague and became condescending about my questions regarding the process. *** stated they are not reviewing videos, but sent Blue Nile paperwork to fill out to start the refund the process. I once again called ***** at Blue Nile. Now she claims they havent sent them any paperwork for the refund. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. It is clear that the bracelet is gone at no fault of my own. Yet they are delaying sending me a refund or replacement. This loss of the bracelet was at no fault of my own nor does them filling out the paperwork have anything to do with me receiving the bracelet or refund. That is all between *** and Blue Nile(since it never made it to me). I do not want to keep calling and being lied to. Just send the bracelet or my refund. Its very simple.

    Purchased an emerald **** for my daughter. It was advertised as an engagement **** but she was wea**** it as a stackable ****. After 3 weeks, one of the stones fell out. I sent it in for repair & they told me 4 other stones were crushed. Ive been asking for pictures of the alleged damage since March ! They want me to pay for the repair. They have said that emeralds are not meant to be worn every day. I told *********** pictures of them advertising the **** as an engagement **** ( which to my knowledge is worn everyday, & with a wedding band ) They have offered me 75$ towards the repairs. Theyve termed the damage excessive wear after 3 weeks. Blue Nile refuses to work with me on this matter. *** asked to speak with a ************** refuse. They actually tried passing someone off as a *********** recognized the name. When I told them I knew she was a supervisor & not a manager they said the manager was in a meeting. Blue Niles customer service is nonexistent.
