  5/18/23 incident #*********** South Precinct Patrol Officer #**** Officer ************ #*********** June 17, 2024, Monday I, *******************************, make this Declaration from my personal and testimonial knowledge. I am competent to testify to the same. This declaration is made under penalty of purger under the laws of the Sate of Washington.My mother passed away on October 6, 2022. In her will she willed me her gold Canadian coin as an inheritance item (among other items). When I drove there to pick up my inheritance coin I mentioned to ***** (my brother) that it wasnt there, there are no British items of my mothers (******* told me she had removed them from my parents house), and both JJs coins and diamond ring were not there. ***** then pointed to my parents bedroom where ************************* and ********************* were sleeping and had been illegally sleeping in my parents bed. I picked up the items that were there and then I left the house.A monetary inheritance of $500,000 has already been distributed to both ************************* and ************************* over a year ago but Attorney ******* refuses to give me my portion unless I approve ********************* personal expenses. Mr. ******* suggested that I drive to ****** to replace my inheritance coin? I want the Canadian coin my mother left for ME not *******. ******* told me she had purchased another coin but how did she know what it looked like so she could purchase another one.To this day, I still have not received my inheritance. I have suggested to Mr. ********************** to mail my inheritance items to me but he insists that I drive to ******* AGAIN to pick up items which do not include my coin and may not be there again. *******************************

  Basically, the complainant is not a client of this firm.  She is a beneficiary of an estate we have been handling.  

  We have tried to get her to arrange to pick up an estate distribution check for months.  She refuses to pick it up until we can also provide a Canadian gold coin with it that we have never had.  The other persons involved in this matter have submitted sworn statements that her coin was part of her assortment of items picked up when these items were provided to all three beneficiaries at their mother's house shortly after she died.  We were not involved in that.  When she later said the coin was not in her portion a substitute coin was mailed to her by one of the beneficiaries which someone at her residence signed for.  We have the receipt.  She denies receiving that coin as well.  The above matters were handled by the other beneficiaries, not by my office.  

  For weeks now her check has been with the estate ***, and she has been encouraged to pick it up from the *** firm.  She refuses to do so unless the coin is included.  

  This matter will be scheduled to be heard by the probate court as soon as the ***'s report is ready which they are working on.
