Complaints allege that consumers hired Jimmy Z Appliance Services to perform a diagnosis on their appliance. Once the issue was detected, consumers paid the company a deposit ranging from $210 - $300. Consumers allege the company did not return to perform the work; expressing the part(s) were on backorder. Later, consumers would follow up with the company again to find them unresponsive to the service and refund requests.
BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
