I started the process with Goodbill on February 19, 2024. I was able to provide necessary documents and on April 2, 2024 they notified me that everything had been received and the coders were working on it and it would take 7-10 days for them to complete their review. On day 8, I sent an email just to check in and I was notified that even though I gave access to ****************** they couldnt pull documents. Zero communication, zero care that I had been lied to and just sitting and waiting. When I brought this to their attention it was an, oh well. My bills havent been paid and Ive been waiting, now risking late payments all for this inconsiderate company to have wasted my time.Business response

[This is more to BBB than our customer]: I immediately called ******* upon seeing her complaint. She was gracious enough to walk me through her experience while I followed along on our back-end and we were able to resolve her problem. We remain in direct contact and look forward to saving her money, if possible!
