Many many things. My ** did not work for almost 2 days when I arrived. I had to use my own power strip when I realized the ** didn't have an HDMI cord and all the rest was unplugged. The franchise owner came at 1am (ridiculous) to bring a HDMI cord and suggested they use my own strip until I checked out. He got one of the hotels finally and left my room when only the picture finally worked but there was no audio or sound until I took it upon myself the next evening after work to try another HDMI cord and it finally worked. I requested to have some monies refunded to me due to this terrible inconvenience and the owner Essentially ignored me and as of now I have not been refunded ANY monies for not having a tv for almost two days and doing my own work with my own equipment even during this. I was sent to another room after my first reservation ended and the second room was covered in ants. They were everywhere. Now I'm in my third room and it is on the third floor. This was super inconvenient because the elevator was out of service! As if all of these things wasn't bad enough, I was never able to select a temperature I wanted in the shower. It was always scolding hot or iced cold. Unacceptable. Oh and finally, they are so understaffed that everyone I spoke with in front was brand new. They were not trained by any means to answer basic questions and said I should walk to another property if I wanted to talk to a manger or something crazy. The day I first checked in I asked for a card authorization form be sent to the person who paid for my first week so the incidental deposit could be on this same card as the one used to reserve a week and I was told there is not any form like this. There is. Or there should be like all hotels have! This has been quite a challenging and difficult stay to say the least and I tried to keep this as short and polite as I could. I am not sure why I paid as much as I did for such an awful experience.
