Our Hansen Bros. move was a great experience (and after 16 household moves over 35 years, we know moving isn't always a great experience). ***** was very helpful in helping us value engineer our overall move which was greatly appreciated. On loading day, the six-man crew was very friendly and courteous. On move-in day, the same six-man crew was equally professional. We had a couple of pieces that we consider to be beasts to move, and the crew faced the challenge, problem-solved, and got both pieces situated as we had hoped. I would certainly recommend Hansen Bros. for a semi-local move!

We were very happy with the return from storage of our outdoor furniture last week. We learned of the planned arrival time the day before. *************************** called first thing in the morning to confirm. And then he and *********************** arrived as scheduled. They were excellent: polite, courteous, efficient, careful. All we could wish for. We have worked with Hansen **** for decades and are always happy.

I just want to say how impressed we were with the two gentleman who did the move, ************** and ************** We were having a very stressful time as my brother who you moved, was in the hospital with a medical emergency when we came to help him move. Without the help of your company and these two movers I dont know how we would have managed. These two gentlemen were so helpful and kind when we as a family most needed it. Thank you so much!

The Hansen ************* of 4 were considerate, careful with our possessions, and a true pleasure to work alongside as we continued sorting, discarding, moving.... throughout moving day.Their expertise changed what had felt completely overwhelming into a smooth, organized, and manageable process of practical steps.The Senior Downsizing Expert (******), who originally came to our home to assess our move and provide guidance, was a wealth of practical information that made every subsequent stage of our moving process orderly. She gave us a clear breakdown of *all* costs, plus potential add-ons. Just before moving, we realized that moving ALL of our storage to Hansen **** would simplify our move. It meant losing money that we had already spent on storage elsewhere, but has simplified our moving process (which will happen in stages). The crew leader marked every item with a code for their inventory system -- they track every single item, so if something is in storage, they know its location.We have shifted from being overwhelmed and exhausted into feeling organized and productive. The entire process has been very manageable. The professionalism of every Hansen employee we've met has given us tremendous peace of mind.
