    09/25/2023 *********************- ************ Note- offered *****// not asking for all, maybe at least half ( what do you think, ****) Upon entering the storage unit, I noticed that there were a lot of heavier boxes on top of lighter boxes, causing stacks to lean, heavier boxes on top of half-filled boxes, causing some to be crushed, and belongings half-ass stacked and tossed on top of bigger items. While going through boxes to see what was in them, we found that most were mismarked or not marked. There were broken glass items and crushed items. Items were left in end tables and dressers unwrapped, dirty dishes were tossed in boxes, and knives were thrown in boxes unwrapped, causing me to cut my hand. We took pictures and sent them in, but the company said we didn't have a claim. I had to remove everything from the storage unit and stack everything right so nothing else would fall and break. A professional moving company should know what they did wasn't right with how things were packed and put in the storage unit, but they continue to fight us, saying they did everything right. I would be embarrassed if my guys did something that half-assed the way this move was done.

    I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had to have our house packed out for floor repairs. The first crew came to pack out our kitchen and left many items in the cabinets.The second crew that was supposed to pack and move the rest of our belongings left many items behind, threw things into our garage and shoved our couch into the bathroom(which also damaged it). The crew was incredibly rude when they came back the next day to pack the rest up and we were charged for them to come back out to do the work. Most boxes were unlabeled and they didn't pad or wrap most of our furniture.We pointed out where to plug our fridge in in the garage. We came back to find that they had unplugged both our solar panels and our full size freezer. We are now dealing with a freezer full of rotten food and a ruined freezer. They also removed the door to the garage to move the fridge and now it won't close properly. They won't do anything to fix it.Their claims process is horrendous.As we have unpacked, we've found many boxes where things were just thrown into boxes without any care for our items.This company is incredibly unprofessional and has hired people that do not care about their job or peoples' belongings.Update: someone from the company called trying to claim that they couldn't have possibly unplugged our freezer even though no one else was in our garage during the entire process. They lied about putting the couch in the bathroom and said things were left behind because "the crews are just tired at the end of the day". Very unwilling to be accountable for when their employees have done a bad job and instead have tried to blame us for everything.
