On around October 10th 2023, I purchased a warranty plan from *** that included as many free oil changes as needed for my car for the next three years after the date of purchase. I was told by the salesperson representing BMW Seattle and *** ************* that this would cover unlimited oil changes that the car may need while the contract was in effect. Today, June 12, 2024, I took my car in for an oil change at BMW Seattle because I have driven over 7000 miles and the color of the oil is dark brown. ***y told me that it had not been a year since I purchased the oil change warranty and my car did not need an oil change by their definition. I consider this to be a breach of trust because the warranty as represented by BMW Seattle and *** North America was marketed to me directly by their sales team as including unlimited oil changes for three years and it is generally recommended to change the oil in any motor vehicle around every 5000-7000 miles. *** warranty plan was marketed by representatives of both BMW Seattle, and *** North America to include unlimited free oil changes over the course of three years, but accurate marketing would have stated that the warranty plan only included a maximum of three oil changes over the course of three years and the product was instead marketed as containing unlimited free oil changes.Initial Complaint

This customer service center is a liar! They madeus to change tires, but we received a defective one that causesleaks. However, they refused to replace and continued to allege other reasons for additional money. They advised us to replace our tires due to a mileage of 25K in our routine oil change. We paid around $2000 for four tires with alignment but received the right rear one with a problem that caused leakage. We retained the inspection footage from the oil change to show that nothing else was wrong or cause for concern, particularly tire leakage or wheel damage. There are no leaks or tire pressure issues with the old tires. One of the replacement tires (right rear) began to leak by 1-2 PSI every day on the same day we picked up the automobile. On our initial return visit, this service center explained that it is a "computer calibration" problem. The car must then be re-pump every two days. On our second return, the service center began to aggressively claim that it was our fault. First, they deny that there might be a faulty issue even without examination and demand $80 for a warranty replacement. After an inspection, they stated that the wheel was fractured and was causing the leak, and they demanded $1200 for a replacement. They accuse us of doing anything to the wheel and taking responsibility. We believe the service center is to blame for the problem for five reasons, including the fact that we don't know if the wheel is to blame. 1) Inspection video from the oil change time shows that the wheel has no damage and tires have no pressure issues prior to tire replacement, implying that the wheel was not broken until the tire change. 2) The tire began to leak immediately after replacement, thus we believe they ruined it during tire replacement and alignment, where they could examine the tire pressure monitor history on the *** system. 3) They can't guarantee they didn't break it during the tire change and alignment, especially because the video shot after the replacement didn't show the same wheel status as the others we received. 4) They did not discover such an issue at the initial visit, despite the fact that the leakage issue had been there for 7 days, and 5) who would pay for the next "reason" if the wheel is not the root cause? Their tone is disrespectful, especially when they constantly implying that because we are foreigners, our English is poor and they cannot "understand" us. They try to deceive us by suggesting that we lack professional sensibility and English proficiency. Finally, they asked for $900 as a discount, but we're not sure if that's the proper solution.Initial Complaint

After returning my leased car, BMW Seattle assured me that there wont be any further charges and anything I paid extra will be credited back to me. I returned the vehicle end of May, the same day they took another payment (automatically) for the month of June. After contacting *** several times (and their finance department which says its up to the dealer) we cant come to a resolution. Each time its sorry I just saw this, oh its this person in charge of it, hes out of town etc Throughout our leasing experience with BMW Seattle, similar things happened, they tried to make us pay for many different maintenance items that were actually covered with coverages we purchased with them. If you dont push for your rights they will just take your money and make you try and try again. Somehow oh I dont see you paid for windshield coverage or I dont see your tire is covered. I am preparing a more detailed public complaint as well, at this point I asked BBB to help me get my one months payment that they are not returning to me. Thank you for your time and consideration,*****************************Initial Complaint

On Jan 2022 I was in a low impact collision with my *** X3 and took the car to BMW Seattle service center for check-up. ******************** was my service advisor. He informed me that a radiator blind was found cracked and needs replacing. I left the car with them for the fix (and filed my insurance claim). A week later i reached out for an update and was told the car went to a garage - Metro. 2 more weeks later i reached out and ****** said "you have to coordinate with Metro. It is not my responsibility to update you for a car which isn't in our dealership". Though I thoroughly disagree with that statement, I did not want to get into an argument and reached out to Metro and got my car back.In November 2022 I took the car back to BMW Seattle for routine servicing and was told my radiator blinds are broken and needs to be replaced. This was surprising since that's what was fixed in Jan. I asked the new advisor (***********************) to look up the details of the repair and he informed me that there are no records of ANY repairs on my car. I showed ******* texts from ****** and my insurance claim payout after which he investigated and confirmed that though the car did go to Metro for repairs, ****** never provided repair instructions and so the garage simply painted a scuff on the bumper and sent it back. My car had to be resent for the necessary repairs and my insurance made to pay for the unnecessary paint job in January. Once I managed the process, the repairs took 1 day.******'s absolutely horrendous customer service and lack of basic professionalism cost me a month without my car, for a one day job and has cost BMW Seattle a customer and an advocate.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2016 Corvette from BMW Seattle on Oct.15, 2022. I signed all the required purchase documents and wired in the funds to BMW Seattle on Oct. 20, 2022 to complete the sale. I'm being told that my funds may not be forwarded to ***** until Friday, Nov. 11, 2022 at the earliest. This is a total Sham! All docs and funds to satisfy the purchase have been completed by me (the buyer) in a timely fashion. By delaying these funds, I'm not able to drive my purchased car her in ******* until the ***** receives the funds and processes the title, sales tax and registration fees. Due to BMW Seattle delaying and using my funds for no reason whatsoever, BMW Seattle is causing me harm and denying me use of my purchased vehicle.I hereby file a complaint and request an investigation into why BMW Seattle is not releasing my funds to complete the registration process here in *******.Initial Complaint
