      I purchased something in December and returned it. Then I found out that they are out of business. I have been trying to get my credit of $101 from them, but they keep sending me the same form letter over and over again that tells me to file proof of payment. I did, but I still keep getting the same form letter. I tried to call but can't get through (they say their messages are full and I can't leave one, or I get a recording that says call back). I wan't my money!!! I have been a customer of theirs for 12 years!!!!!

      You know I read all of this , I must have been blessed , sure stuff to long to get but thats whats happend when you buy from overseas . If it did not fit or damaged , they were on point in giving me credit back on my card . customer service was great , kind and friendly . Hate to see them go . Hope all that have been effectied with loss of work due to this . I wish you all the best of luck . Thank you ZULILY FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD TOGETHER . WISH ALL WELL

      In December 2023, about a week before Christmas, I received notification my credit from Zulily had been cancelled. I was confused because I had never made one late payment on this account. I later tried to get on their site, and it had been shut down. I tried to email them and the email was returned to me. I had items I had ordered as Christmas gifts and I never received them. However, it still shows I owe for the packages. According to a post on Reddit, an employee stated they were laid off with no notice.

      I am being billed interest and for products not received. When I ordered it was noted the items wouldnt process until after 12/25/23 but on 12/22/23 they turned off their phones and website then notified me the account was turned over to an *** fiduciary whom blocks e mails or wont accept them.

      WHERE IS MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK!!! I placed an order on 11/26/23. Unable to track. Never received my order. UNABLE to talk to a person. Did get an email response stating wait for an email reporting it was shipped. NOW SITE IS SHUT DOWN CLAIMING FOR MAINTENANCE!!!!!!PISSED. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE 1 STAR

      Since I can't get into anything to see my orders I tried calling. **** doesn't work but I did go to credit card payment. They have charged me for items I didn't receive since my last weeks orders. I onky received part of yhe order and they said on an email it hasn't shipped and don't know if it will. I'm not making a credit card payment until my account is fixed. I will turn it in to credit bureaus

      I have been a consumer of zulily for years and continue to kick myself that I am when they fail to provide the item purchased. The most recent example is an item I bought in October as a holiday gift. Its December 10th and still no item so when I inquired they cancelled my order and refunded my money. I dont want the money back I want the item. Sadly, this is more common for this business than it should be. As far as Im concerned, when you purchase an item from their site or any site for that matter there is an expectation that you will receive that item. Zulily is notorious for long shipping times, misrepresented items, broken items and unfortunately canceled items due to inability to procure. They are good at refunding but when this happens over and over and over its time to stop bad business practices.

      Don't buy from this company! I returned several.items of clothes. You are supposed to get store credit. After a couple weeks, I had the credit in my account. A week later I went into the website to use my credit and it was gone!! I didn't use any of my credit! I emailed them 5 times...no response. Total rip-off. I will never buy from them again.

      Taking money and not placing orders for their magazines, Called several times and there are 5 orders not placed. The customer service finally stated they were not forwarded. Are they having cash flow issues? In the last several months many of my orders are not filled. This is horrible. I was told to go to the magazine companies. They are using a third person party. Now my book order is not being filled. Same with a shoe order, called several times and it was not properly placed.More orders than not are not filled, the merchandise received are seconds.I stopped ordering when they told me to wait up to 12 weeks, again for September magazines orders. They updated their system and did not include the credits on my account. I had to inquire to get them.Buyer beware, this is theft. They are floating my money somewhere.Zulily do not dare to reply with more lip service rhetoric. Please stop insulting your customers. Find a positive solution and follow through. Talking to customer service and then a supervisor who stated they could not help is the worse experience that I have had as a consumer.

      Ive been a vendor for Zulily for years! I never had issues with being paid on time, but suddenly since May, they stopped paying me. I have so many outstanding invoices that need to be paid. Ive messaged their accounts payable team numerous times, with no response. I even reached out to the buyers and no response. I find it ironic that theyre still trying to get me to sell my products. Not going to happen. Even if they paid me what is due today, I cant trust them anymore to pay me in the future. Zulily!! You collected the money from the customers who purchased my products, so how about giving me the money Im owed?! Its pathetic that they are taking money away from small businesses.
