I placed an order with Sassy 2 on March 9, 2023. The order took too long to arrive so I reached out to the company to get an update. The shipping method on my email receipt is 7 - 12 days **** shipping. When the order arrived March 29th I noticed the material was not what I was expecting and sent Sassy 2 an email requesting to return the items for a refund. I had to pay over $44.75 to ship the items back to them in *****. The items are in ***** customs and Sassy 2 is refusing to refund my money. They have stopped responding to all of my email communications. I have no products, no refund and no reimbursement for shipping the items back to *****.Initial Complaint

Two items were ordered on 6/3/23. I emailed the company on 6/9/23, asking for a shipping update. Their response was one item was a hot sale and would be in stock in 2-3 days. They asked if I wanted the other item shipped, and I said yes. That item was shipped on 6/10/23 and delivered on 6/16/23. On 6/22/23, I emailed them again about the second item. Their response was that the factory was producing it and would be sent soon. I got an email on 6/27/23 saying the item was on the way. The tracking info on 17 Track stated the **** was awaiting the item. There hasn't been any shipping update on 17 Track, and I still have not received the item. I want a refund ($35.99). After receiving the first item and not being pleased and this shipping issue with the second item, I want my money back and the company investigated. I recently saw a post on social media about them stealing content from another online store and posting pictures that aren't the actual item that customers receive. Customers aren't able to submit reviews or comments. This was my second order and there weren't any issues with the first order. I thought they were legit, but now I think differently.Initial Complaint

APRIL 1ST PURCHASED A JMP SUIT FROM THIS PLACE ORDER NUMBR IS ****** PAID *****. SENT A EMAIL INREGARDS TO MY ORDER AND THIS COMPANY SENT BACK A FALSE *** TRACKING NUMBER THAT DOES NOT EXIST TRCKING NUMBER THSAT WAS GIVEN IS ********************** We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information. I have never heard of this person, they are not in my system what so ever!!! My business has been shut down since November 2022 and has not re-opened yet, there for she could NOT have purchased anything from me or my business. There are several other businesses that have the same name as mine there must have been a mix up. I would suggest she contact her back and see if they can dispute the charge for her to get her money back. Unfortunately it wasn't my business.
