I gave ****** *** associates my frames or about April 17th. They returned my Cartier frames [ a gift] bent When I questioned them they blamed all the problems on Walman labs. I took the frames to an optometrist who indicated the frames were bent in an effort to correct the incorrect mounting of the lenses. Even where the crossbar is connected a piece is missing. I didn't even know this until the optometrist brought it to my attention. Oddly enough I used to go to ****** in **********. because they were across the street from my house and I had no problems, My address was ***** 5 mile if you wish to check. I found it interesting that ****** says they will not be responsible for lost frames. This is almost laughable because I have never heard of a business make such a statement. Any way, ****** put the onus all on you; could you please help? I am a retired 77yo VN veteran and I can't afford this loss. I am currently using my old glasses.
