      I was 2 minutes late and they ticketed me for $56.50. I appealed, they lowered to $21. I had been using and paying faithfully for over a year for a class I was taking in the ********** area and this was my first time ticketed. I would have thought they would waive on a first offense or at least have me pay for the normal one hour fee of $7. I am very disappointed with them and will never park in their lots again.

      I was parked at ************* and got a ticket from diamond parking. I sent them proof with a receipt that I shopped at the mall. They sent me an email stating that my appeal was accepted. Yet I received an increase in the ticket amount 120 dollars. If my appeal was accepted than why havent they cancelled the ticket?

      The parking notice was voided on Jul 3, 2024. The letter date was June 28, 2024 - printed before the dispute was resolved. Please ignore the letter, the parking notice and case has been closed in our system.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against this parking company due to a troubling experience with their parking enforcement staff.On June 14, I parked my vehicle in one of this parking companys lots and immediately proceeded to the payment terminal. Shockingly, as I walked towards the terminal, a parking agent began issuing a ticket to my car almost instantaneously. Despite my attempts to explain that I was in the process of paying, the agent dismissively informed me it was too late and refused to retract the citation.This behavior was not only unhelpful but also unnecessarily confrontational. The aggressive and unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff is unacceptable. Customers should be afforded a reasonable grace ****** to pay for their parking without the fear of immediate punitive action.This encounter suggests a troubling policy within this parking company aimed more at maximizing revenue through aggressive ticketing than providing fair and respectful service. The insistence on issuing tickets so swiftly, without considering the customers intent to pay, is exploitative and damaging to your reputation.I urge this parking company to reassess their enforcement strategies and train their staff to handle situations with more professionalism and consideration. This will improve customer relations and align your practices with reasonable standards of service.I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate these practices. Such experiences should not affect other customers.Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this parking companys services and will advise others to avoid using their facilities.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I parked in a mall parking lot and went shopping in the mall. I bought several items and had receipts for all the items I bought. When I returned to the car, I got a ticket which stated, Customer ********************** only. Walked off. Clinic. I absolutely was a customer, I didnt walk off and I wasnt going to the clinic across the street. I go to that mall all the time to shop for groceries . I submitted an online complaint with scanned copies of my receipts and havent heard anything. I feel I have a legitimate complaint and I better not get towed the next time I go grocery shopping at that mall.

      ***************** who aggressively tickets and does not allow disputes beyond a discounted ticket cost. This company is extremely difficult to work with and does not respect their Customers

      I went to a new restaurant on a Sunday and parked in a visitor stall - there was no other signage where I parked. My friend who was with me is visually handicapped so we took extra care to take the sidewalk - there was no signage. we were seated at the restaurant and no one told us we had to register our vehicle. return after 2 hours to see a ticket on my car. Once i looked around the other side of the parking lot had signage I could see, but nothing in the path we took. The restaurant said they have signs on the door - they look like a food deliver sign and who looks at those anymore. Diamond refused my appeal basically saying not their problem. I park downtown ALL the time for 4 years now and have never once had an issue as the signage is clear. This is clearly a cash grab and sounds like they are using scare tactics to get what they want. Absolutely horrible company.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. I was issued a ticket for overtime parking in ******* by the ************* I used the Pay by Phone app so I could keep track of the time. I extended my time 30 minutes...THIRTY minutes BEFORE it would have originally expired. I paid at 2:40 pm. The time was set to expire at 5:10 pm. They issued us the ticket at 4:03 pm. So. I am rightfully angry.I called to ask what was going on. After explaining the details, they asked for the location number. We gave it to them (I have the receipt and proof of charge on my card). They told us that the number did not match their records and that they received no payment. (I am trying to understand this part, if we didn't pay, why would we be charged with overtime parking??) Then they proceeded to tell us that we paid for street parking instead (Still makes no sense if they didn't recognize the location!). We did not park on the street. We parked in the lot and paid by phone from the parking sign that was IN the lot. I pulled everything up on maps. It showed that we were in the correct location. So, that was an argument. First, we are parked "overtime" and then we are told that we parked on the street. We tried to talk to a manager, but supposedly, they don't do that. They email their manager and then let us know their response. So, one error on their end led them to tell us that we were parked incorrectly instead. Well, which one is it?? We were on time and parked correctly in the right location, and we paid to the correct sign. I don't like to leave reviews. Especially negative ones. But this is wrong. Either they are looking at an old map or they are intentionally placing their signs misleadingly. Sadly, I am not the only person that this has happened to. Other reviews are evidence for that. One would think that they would do something to improve, not only the company but also their image. Some of these reviews (many similar to our experience) are years older.

      I paid for parking through *********** and received a ticket despite having proof of payment. Customer ********************** representative said that they cant do anything about it and Im free to not park there anymore. Will be taking their advice! Parking garage in ***************.

      I was issued a ticket, and told that if I provided proof that I was a customer in the associated store, that it would be canceled. I explained that I had looked for something there, but not purchased anything; but, they insisted that I get proof. I DID! I went to the store management, and they confirmed that I was a customer in their store. They sent that information to Diamond, and Ive heard NOTHING from them. I even followed-up with the store Manager, who confirmed that hed sent them notice to cancel the ticket. Ive asked several times if they got the information, and/or if theres anything else that I can get for them - again, NOTHING! Customer ********************** wont even acknowledge that theyve received my messages.
