This is not the first time Jiffy has done this, but I saw fit to give them another chance. They advertise fast shuttle service as well as being staffed around the clock. This Thursday, June 23rd I tried to get a shuttle back to my vehicle. Texted 3 times. No acknowledgment. Called the phone number 3 times. Nobody answered. I ended up leaving two voicemails and sent an email. Three days laterthey still havent bothered communicating with me. I pd them not just for a place to park, but also transportation to and from airport. I had to wait for an extended period of time without any form of communication to discover if they were actually intending to pick me up or not. I did not receive the service for which I paid. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers.Business response
