It would be great to understand more about this review. We allow customers who have been issued a notice for the first time to have the notice processed at the same rate as if they paid for their time.
In this case the customer would have simply uploaded a copy of the online receipt which would the valid times of payment. If there was an error in issuing the notice would have simply been voided.
Looking into this further it appears as though this is exactly what happened, and the notice was reduced to $6 plus taxes. Amount Due $6.23
