06/07/2022 I asked if I could borrow $2500 as collateral for my car title and the store owner(*******) said he could lend $2500. I have to install *** in my car and set up lien on the title. He said that it is illegal to check out *** unless it is ironed out. The *** installation fee is $500, and he made a reservation for installation at the installation shop he designated on 06/07/2022 and he will pay for the installation first, He would lend me $3000 if I come to his store after installation. Two hours later, the ownercalled me and he said that he would lend $1500 first if I go to set up lien on the title at DMV, and if I install *** tomorrow, he would lend $1000. I went to DMV, set up the lien on the title to them, and went to the pawn kings store. When I went to the store, the manager lent me $1500. I asked Koby to contact me tomorrow. But no one contacted me the next day. So I contacted the owner the next day, and he didn't answer my phone or text message. I tried to contact you again the next day, but there was no contact.
