            I want to share my experiences with this business and hope others can learn from it.The way they handle the bill is very terrible:1. Over charge: they asked me to pay the bill just after the visit with over-charged me the amount which is network discount. I noticed that after calling my insurance, even though they eventually refunded me but the whole process was so rude and unpleasant.2. Horrible way to handle the billing issue: They requested a dental procedure with the promise that the cost will be covered by my insurance, I trusted them and let them do it. But after procedure, they told me that my insurance would not cover the cost due to the same procedure on the same tooth was done a year ago, the insurance only cover one per three years. When I called them to discuss the issue, they said I have to pay it or they send it to collection agent and then blocked my phone number. I didn't write any review before. This is my first one. I never had this kind of experience before and never expects one like this. I felt so helpless when dealing with them. The ****** I learnt is that never trust them, you have to double check all the costs by yourself with your insurance before any procedure, especially this business.
