      They received a handbag from me on 8/22. Received email that the bag was moved to purchase finalized on the same day. Was told payment would be received in 6 business days. It is now 9/03 and I have not received payment. They have had my item in their possession now for 13 days. I want my $1300.

      Unfortunately, the bank teller you spoke with provided you with incorrect information.  

       Silicon *********** was purchased by ******************* last year when they ran into problems.  The are currently active and the check is good.  We send out checks every week under this account.

      I sold them a bag and it was received on June 25,2024 and the payment was supposed to be received in a few days. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me that in 3-6 business days the payment will be released and nothing still. No where in the site does it state that it takes 3-6 days to release payment. Nor has this happened before.

      The site says a 'few business days from when the item is accepted' which is generally seen as 3 or more.  We are working to update the site to be more specific by stating '3-6 business days'.  We are also trying to work with Paypal to improve the experience for our customers.  ****** has made several changes lately that has slowed the process of money into the account.

      Sent my *********** bag to sell. bag borrow and steal send that i sent a fake *********** bag and claims they will research what happened. I ask about details about how my package arrived, do they have footage of them opening my package pulling out the bag, what is the little paper say next to the brown fake bag. Previously I have sent another LV bag that *** lost so I have 2 problems and doesn't that seem weird? So please investigate it. They promise 5 days, 1 more week, 1 more week. And 2 months go by and not even contacting me with updates. They have no evidence, no footage, no pictures. They just say nothing is wrong and I sent the wrong bag. *** asks them to send pictures of package and bagborrowsteal do not send them any pictures. And ** for some reason bagborrowsteal sent me a.return slip- *** claims bagborrowsteal is the owner and will not talk to me. The bag was quoted $800. They left me in the dark. I wouldn't be this angry if they had proof and kept me updated.

      We completely understand the frustration as we are also frustrated with this issue.  The first submission never arrived and the second one arrives with a different bag.  Both items were shipped using *** so we had to work with them to do a thorough investigation of what happened.  Once the investigation completed, we paid out the customer.  While we appreciate that it took a long time, the issue was ultimately resolved.

      I placed an order early this morning that successfully went through for two items. Later this morning they emailed me saying that they had canceled my order and re-listed the items on the website to rebuy. It looks like they resisted the items for a much higher price. I would like the company to fulfill their commitment to their customers and fulfill the orders that have successfully gone through.

      Unfortunately, the items in question were not actually available.  We experienced an issue with our international warehouse where several items were listed, but were not available.  It took us a few hours to figure out what was occurring, so the customer was told to simply re-order the items -which was not possible.

       

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Once the order was cancelled, the authorization was voided.

      While we appreciate the frustration the customer had with our technical issue, our terms and conditions clearly indicate that we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to delivery.  Once we realized the bag was not available, we voided the customers authorization and provided them with a 20% off discount to use on future transaction.

      I apologize for any confusion.  When the customer placed the order, they are required to select that they accept the Terms and Conditions.  As stated in our last response, the Terms and Conditions indicate that: "Bag Borrow or Steal reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery to the customer. In the event an order is canceled, the funds authorized or charged are released by Bag Borrow or Steal and are then subject to the rules of your financial institution, in determining the time that you will have the funds back." - *********************************************************

      Since the order was cancelled prior to shipment, we simply voided the authorization.  No funds were ever captured by our bank for the transaction.

      The customer was also provided a 20% off coupon to use at any future time as recognition for any inconvenience that occurred.

I also have found a ton of price discrepancies on the website as well as pictures of one brand inside of another brands listing. Im very concerned. I have video and photographic proof, some items are too large to attach above.

      Gave them my items a chanel sunglasses brand new and Burberry handbag brand new.I accepted what they were gonna pay me they sent me a check and was going to back a few days later to deposit it and they told me not to that my items I stole them. i sent them copies of my orginal receipts call them forever email them forever I want my items back already or pay me. My lawyer is ready to go but I wanted to try this last time to get them to give me back my items. They had it not paid for it and there stealing it not me. They are fraud! Please I am begging you to help me to stay out of the courts.

      Customer is correct that we sent a check and asked her to hold it while we did an investigation on a complaint that the items were stolen.  We then attempted to contact her once we finished the investigation and she could cash the check.  We have not heard from the customer again (either via phone or email) until today and the check was never cashed.  Today the customer provided a method to pay her via paypal and that has been completed.  My guess is that she filed this notice right after she reached out to us, but I cannot be sure.  I have attached the email chain from today as well as the copy of the payment.  You can see from the timestamps on the email and payments that we jumped right on this once the customer informed us they still haven't been paid.
