This company continuously violates the Consumer Telephone Protection Act by sending unsolicited text messages after repeated requests for them to stop. They also violate this law by trying to conceal who they are. Their initial text messages will not identify themselves with Iwillbuyhouse.com but usually Washington Home Buyers or a group of investors,This company also is lying on its website by displaying a screen capture showing it has a perfect rating with the BBB and zero complaints which is not accurate and has not been accurate for months. So we are clear, they have made other changes to their website in the past few months such as hiding a page that shows all their employees, yet this fraudulent image of their Better Business Bureau score remains. And I have attached a screen shot in case they try and deny this. I want to receive no further communication from this company or this company will risk legal action and considering the two owners (****** and ****) are suing each other, I don't think they need any further legal entanglments. I have the right to *** this company for each violation and I have 6 violation documented just this year. I would expect the Better Business Bureau to demand they not intentionally misrepresent their rating on their website.
