Tang Real Estate is refusing to honor the warranty on the purchase of my Home. I've attempted for months to get the construction issues resolved. Thought we were making progress but now Jimmy Tang has stopped responding to my text or calls to get the work started. The home purchased on 9/15/2021 has a 1 year warranty with Tang REI. The house has over 250 drywall popouts and sunken wall seams that need to be addressed. This will also need to be textured and painted to match the walls. It seems that Tang REI is not interested in the east at resolving their poor construction issues.Business response

To Whom It May ****************************** hired Multani Custom homes to build the home this customer purchased from us. We met on site to go over the issues and complaints. The buyer wouldn't let us use the subcontractors to fix the issue and demanded we hired new drywall and painters to do the work. ******************** doesn't want to foot the **** to do the warranty work because they feel no matter what fix we come up with, the buyer will not be satisfied. We have offered to settled this with a dollar amount because we do not want to hire someone new to fix the issue and then find out they are not satisfied with the work.

*** wants to settled for $8,500 and I brought that to ************* and they rejected it. They want to repair the issue with the drywall company they hired to do the work so they don't have to come out with any money from their pocket.Customer response

Let's get them to come out and repair. I tried to have it repaired by them, and they were here for 1 hour then just left mysteriously and didn't come back. So are you committing to get this resolved? The warranty I have is with Tang REI. So if you want to have Multani send out folks to repair. Fine, let's just get it scheduled and DONE.
