I called Mr. ********************** to fix a water leak problem of my fridge. There was a lot of ice in my freezer. A guy came and did something (supposedly cleaned the condensation pipe, etc,). Since he left I saw that it very difficult to close and open the freezer door. I called them and the guy came and did something. That worked for a day and then the problem came back. I decided to use the fridge less for the time being. Yesterday, I noticed that everything in my freezer is melting and saw that the fridge temperature is 45 degrees. I called them and told them that whatever they did caused this problem because my freezer had no temperature problem. They came and looked and said that the fridge has to be trashed. They also said that it's just a coincidence and that their work has nothing to do with the fridge not working anymore. It's a $10000 fridge that I cannot replace. I'll get a much cheaper one but I need them to pay me at least $500 that I could use to pay for the new fridge because from my perspective my fridge stopped working after they did some work.
