Last Tuesday. I went to **** valley for some mushrooms a d a cheeseburger. The mushrooms were scalding hot, and water came pouring out to my face. It was horrid I have sent emails to the business and called. No responseBusiness response

Thank you for letting us know about your experience at ********************* Valley. There are no excuses for the incident or for our lack of response. This is not how we want you to remember your last visit to one of our restaurants. We are sorry that you were hurt by the ****** hot food.
It is our normal procedure when we receive reports such as this to fill out an incident report and turn it in to our insurance company for follow-up. If you would like me to proceed in this manner I would be glad to fill out one of those reports with the information your provided. I would then send this report to our insurance company, ************** who would be in touch with you shortly thereafter.
Regardless,we would like to reimburse you. If you used a debit or credit card I would just need the last 4 digits of the card. If you paid with cash if I could get your mailing address we will mail a check if you could provide the amount you spent. Along with the check I will include a gift card to enjoy a meal at a time and location convenient to you are welcome to use this gift card at any **** Valley or Ivar's location in the Puget Sound area. It is however not valid for online or delivery orders.
