On February 23rd I placed a order for ***** lollies all white for a funeral for my best friend of 35 yrs.they were to be delivered Saturday the 26th at 330pm because service was at 4pm.I got a call at 2pm saying they didn't have flowers ,the woman talked so low and so fast that's all I understood,I proceeded to ask why were they calling me when it was time for them to be delivering flowers and that it was insane because I ordered 3 days ago and they should have reserved enough for that.she had no understandable responce.I then ask people from funeral if they seem arrangement and no one seen them,not even one person and I talked to 6 people there.I then complained to the flower company and there only response was there was a replacement note on site.I said that no one seen the flowers they claim to have delivered and they should have took a picture and email it to show me what they claimed they put together moments before funeral.if your going to totally change a type of flower being sent to a man's funeral from a man then I deserve to see what it looks like ,and roses and mums are not something I would ever pick and they never mentioned what color.it's totally unexceptable.I paid $106.00 and got nothing I ordered.they call **** times and said absolutely nothing except sorry and quoted a policy.I believe in these lollies were out of stock or in high demand ,I should have been told about it days in advance not 90 min before funeral.they should hold a certain amount for advanced orders.they say on site they take extra special care on orders for funerals and I see none of that.only excessive calling and I work 2nd shift and they continued to call when I was at work.I will never use this place again,I should have bought local with a small flower shop that at least would replace with something similar and show me what there delivering and would give me a delivery confirmation.this place is a total rip off,deceitful place....
