I had called the business because it's my job to call all owners of every company owing back taxes and I received a call back from a hispanic guy who wouldn't tell me his name and I asked if he was the person who handled the finances and taxes for the company and he cut me off right away and said "do u need our service, do u need our service?" Of course I said no because I have a job to do when I call all companies asking the business owners if they are aware of owing back taxes, etc. He said if I didn't need his service I shouldn't be calling at all and he was so rude on the phone, I have a recording of the whole call and that wasn't nice whatsoever and I am very VERY appalled at his attitude and then he tried to call me back and left a voicemail stating that he was going to report me and the company I work for when I didn't do anything wrong except do my job!!!Business response

On 9/14/2023 I paid a deposit of $5000 to Complete Trenchless to repair my sewer line the following week, with a start date of 9/20/2023 for a two-day job. Complete Trenchless did not show up to do the work. They answered my first call and appeared unaware that they were due to work on my sewer line, and they did not respond to my further attempts to contact them and did not provide a different start date for the work. I made arrangements with a different company (Jafco) to repair the sewer line, and Jafco completed the work quickly and without incident.I requested a refund of my deposit from Complete Trenchless. Despite promises made to refund the deposit during the week of 9/25/2023 and again to refund it on 10/9/2023, the deposit has not been refunded. So far, Complete Trenchless has not met any of its obligations to do the work or return my deposit, and I have no reason to believe that they actually intend to return my deposit.Initial Complaint

Complete Trenchless is completely corrupt! I hired and paid Complete Trenchless $23,000.00 to install a new sewer clean out and line the pipe from the new clean out to the sewer main line. They did not line the pipe all the way to the main sewer line as agreed upon in writing. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, *******************, he said he would look into it then would not return a call. I left messages via phone, text and email that all went unanswered. Even left messages from different phone numbers because I think he blocked my phone number and still he would not respond. I had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Through that contractor I found out that Complete Trenchless did not pull a permit from the city as required. Not surprising for such an unprofessional operation.Initial Complaint

On 4/19/2022 I signed a contract with Complete Trenchless Inc and paid a deposit of $13,000 to install a side sewer on my property. Within 3 weeks of signing, the owner, ******************* stopped communicating for more than a month (5/11-6/15). Finally, I heard back from him that he had been out with COVID. He was supposed to start working to get permits but no consistent communication. I was emailing, calling and texting him. Another email 6/27 "I am back... sick with COVID." Again, I am waiting and trying to find out if he can do the job and get permits needed. Again from 7/12 no communication from ************ until 8/9, when he said again was out sick. I received an e-mail form ************ that he was trying to get a pre-construction meeting with ********************* District (****) to complete the project. I was calling, emailing, and texting throughout August to get a reply on progress. On 8/26 I received an email from ********************************* from **** that Trenchless is not qualified to complete the work and does not have proper insurance, they will not allow him to work on the project. On 8/31 I notified Trenchless that I was terminating the contract and requested a refund of my deposit. ************ replied and said he needed to buy more insurance that will cost him $25,000 and asked if I wanted to pay half. I informed him that I am not paying him anymore money and I want the contract terminated and my deposit returned. He agreed to return $12,000 but has only strung me along. We were supposed to meet 9/1 (can't make it), 9/2 (emergency job, can't make it, 9/6 (no show, no reply), 9/8 (no show, no reply), until 9/14 when he said he will pay me first week in October. This has caused much distress and delay in my project and I have to start over with a new sewer installer. I have yet to receive a refund of my deposit and would like the entire amount returned ($13,000). Any help you can provide will be appreciated.Customer response
