      I never received the detail I paid for at the **************** Location. I scheduled an appointment as required and had my vehicle there 10 minutes prior to the appointment. I checked in and was told I would be upcharges because my '21 Crosstrek is a midsize SUV. According to ******* the ****** Crosstrek is a compact crossover SUV, not a midsize SUV. It's the smallest SUV model in ******'s lineup, measuring ***** inches long, 71.7 inches wide, and up to 63.6 inches high. The Crosstrek has ***** cubic feet of passenger volume and 20.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row, with a maximum of 55.3 cubic feet. After agreeing to the up charge, I asked how long it would take. I was told it would be a couple hours. I walked to some local businesses as there was no place to wait for the work to be completed. After 2 hours, I figured surely my car had been completed or at least started. Walking back, I noticed my car was in the exact location I had parked it 2 hours prior. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to walk by and wait for a call. After another 30 minutes I received a call re: and emergency I needed to go take care of. I quickly returned to the store, 2.5 hours after the appointment, and asked for my vehicle. I was told it had not been started. When I told them I needed my vehicle and would like a refund I was told there was nothing they could do. after a very little bit of arguing, I was told I could schedule an appointment. Which is what I had done the first time. Scheduling ANOTHER appointment would only prove to waste another 2.5 hours (at least, probably more!). I am not sure why an appointment is required if you are so overbooked that you can't even start a detail within the scheduled time. I would still like a refund!

      Car toys had my car to put a sound system in and in the process they locked my keys in my vehicle and used pry bars on my doors damaging the doors, the weather striping and the paint this all happened while still having my car in there service garage I paid them a large sum of money over a period of time for them to give my car back to me in this condition I have tried to reach out to a lot of their upper management including ************************* their district manager and they have pushed me to their claims manager I have called over ****************************************************************************************************************************** order to fix my car from the damages they caused

      **** Cadillac Divil issue with cartoys and ********* took to mechanic. mechanic says its Intoxalot The mechanic printed dignotic showing that it's the Intoxalot Car Toys. said to bring it down day later they said it wasn't the Intoxalot. and they can't do anything I've spent $500 between the reports and tows, and no one is willing to fix or touch my car. i want to remove the device, hoping that a mechanic would try to fix it without being able to blame the Intoxalot so I decided to talk to their supervisors superviser again met with resistance, and they said they would talk to Car Toys for me. I called CayToys,they have no idea what's going on. I have spent money maintaining their system have done everything I've been asked,they're just playing kick the can with my wallet. I'd like answers,I'd like my car fixed, and in a perfect world, I'd like my money back for their mistakes. i haven't been able to drive in over a week, and every day costing me money. i'm drowning, and I need help..... i just called again today and they refuse to let me speak to a superviser keep puting me on hold keep transfering me been 2 weeks and i not geting anything resloved

      So i went to your ******************* store on 12/16/22. I spoke to ***** about a system for my car. I didn't have anything specific so i asked him what he would recommend, He gave me his recommendations and i went with it for *******. Well when the parts arrived He called and i dropped my car off at 9:00 am for the installation. He told me it was going to be 2 days. So the later that day i Called to get status on it to find out they ordered the wrong part. They overnighted the correct part and said it would be done on Sunday if they didn't get the part in on Saturday. They got the part in and i had to force them to work on it and get it done. I picked up my car and within the first hr the subs quit working and the left mids started cutting in and out. So i went back and they said the 120 fuse that comes with the kit just isn't enough that the should have put in a 150. (well if you know that why didn't you do that in the first place. So ***** told me they got the mids working, but when the installer came in told me they were blown and couldn't do anything about it. Then he told me since we put in a 600 watt amp it blew my mids and i would have to spend another ****** in parts plus installation. (why didn't ***** recommend Mids for my car instead of letting me leave there knowing it was to powerful for the factory speakers). So i was driving this morning (1/8/23) and my subs started cutting in and out so i pulled over and messed with the power wire to the *** and realized it was loose. So I went back to the store to have them tighten it down, the said they were to busy and i needed to scheadule an appointment. I told him thats not going to work and they needed to handle it for me and i asked for Corporates number. The sales manager said since i asked for the Corporate number he will no longer help me out and sent me away. Is this the type of service car toys promotes. I spent ******* and have a system that doesn't work. The fact that he refused to help me is sad. This makes me wonder if anything was installed right. I would like your immediate attention to this matter and also would like a refund on the labor since now i have to go in and fix something that should never have happened. This whole experience is sad and shows that the customer doesn't matter unless its for sales. I am looking for a refund on labor

      I went in to get my windows tinted, reverse camera installed, and my headlights converted to LED which I paid a total of $1433.83. The mechanic was unable to properly install my headlights and they kept flickering. He then told me to buy parts off Amazon? which I did and dropped the car off again. Then I received a call with them stating they are unable to complete the installation because there were parts missing, which was false. Car Toys basically said because they were unable to get the lights to properly work and didn't want to refund me. I had to go back to the halogen lights which they put back and they charged me for an hours work for that which was ridiculous. I was charged a total of $790.38 for the headlight installation which never occurred. I would like that amount refunded as the services were not provided.
