I purchased two pairs of snowshoes from this company on 01 June 2023 - Order ****. I purchased a size 23 and a size 30 of the same snow shoe and both items had the same price. Additionally I also used a military discount code for the items at checkout which brought the grand total to $126.10. On 05 June 2023 I received an email saying there was an inventory issue and the size 23 snowshoes was not in stock and I would be refunded (email attached). This was an email from K2 sports customer support. As of today I still haven't received a refund. I have contacted the company multiple times and still have not received a refund. I was told a refund was submitted and given a screenshot of said transaction. I purchased this item using a digital card through Affirm.com. I asked the company if they could tell me the card number that the refund was sent to. They said they didn't have that information. I currently have a dispute with Affirm.com and have reached out to this company through email and phone calls and still don't have a refund. I attached a screenshot from Affirm.com with the card I used. I also attached a screenshot of said cards transactions and the lack of a refund as of 21 July 2023. All I want is my $63.06 refund for serviced not rendered.Business response

Per the attachment provided by the customer a refund has already been processed on our part and this is an issue with the Affirm card company. We have double checked and the refund went through and was accepted.Initial Complaint

I ordered a snowboard on rides now boards.com on Jan.30 2023. Order number ***** and I paid $337.97 with credit card. It has been a month and still not shipped. I tried to reach the company by email phone and sns accounts but no one replied.Business response

we were having some issues with the delivery address given for this order but per this notice we have gone ahead and cancelled the order and processed his refund.

This company took my order on January 15th for ****** US$ I received no communication from this company confirming the order other than a screenshot shot I took of the order. After 12 days of no communication from the company and several emails, I called them. They claimed they didnt have my full address even though I entered at the time of the transaction. I also provided it in emails. Im provided it again in my call on January 27th 2023. I still heard nothing. I emailed again and nothing. I called February 1st to try to get resolution. Again they claimed they didnt have the full address. I exasperatedly gave it again and insisted on a resolution. The employee was belligerent and refused to help me, threatened to ban me from communicating with the company and hung up on me. They still had my money and refused to help me. I called one additional time and the second employee was as uncooperative. They repeated they didnt have my full address then repeated my full address back to me revealing they did in fact have my full address. The employee evaded committing to sending my items and refused to give me a return of my money. I want my money refunded as this company seems to have no intention of actually shipping the items they allegedly had in stock. Theyve held my money and refused to communicate to me or to resolve my problem. They wont commit to shipping, lie about missing information erroneously blaming me and are hostile, rude, belligerent and condescending when I have attempted to get my transaction resolved. I just want my money back.Business response

We refunded the customer on February 2nd per the attachment from Big commerce, and yes this customer was banned from communicating with our employees after he degraded and abused verbally multiple of our employees. His account has been blocked along with all forms of communications for his actions.Initial Complaint

I bought my son a new snowboard on 1/4/2022 , my son used it over next couple of months, while out riding it this month the back end of the board completely folded, I contacted the company which says this board has a 3 year warranty and they deny any manufacturing issues and called it rider error. this was almost a $600 snowboard, we went back to the store where we purchased the board and they said they had other customers who had similar issue with this board and to contact RIDE and return it and they expected them to replace it for my son. I called and asked them to contact me and they have not, they are not taking any responsibility for a defective product. I would like some help to resolve this and warn others of these poorly made snowboards.Business response

Unfortunately this is a case of damage caused by an impact, rather than a manufacturing defect. Through the pictures that were submitted to us it is very clear the board broke because of impact. The tail on the board clearly snapped because impact. The warranty as clearly stated on our website under our warranty policy clearly states impacts is not covered by our warranty. I am rejecting this response because:This is the standard response given by this company, my son has ridden multiple boards from other companies for the past 5 years and this has never happened, of course there is impact when landing on a snowboard , this is a really poor quality board with defects and they should stand behind their product , the public needs to be advised of the poor quality and danger of this board.
