alleging they had been contacted by Thomas Geantil Real Estate, whose BBB

and Charter Title Insurance Corporation with an offer to buy their timeshare
located in Mexico. The consumer was told as part of the sale to wire funds
to a bank in Mexico before they could receive the funding from the sale of
their timeshare.
BBB
found Charter Title Insurance Corporation is not a licensed escrow company in
Washington State, and found their advertised address is a virtual office. On
November 26, 2018, BBB reached out to the company by email and mail and is
awaiting a response.
