I was really worried about getting my 21 page paper translated from a company with ***** internal reviews but little BBB reviews (why Im here).This paper, being my parents divorce papers was on my table for months waiting for a translation. I need it for the ******************** but every single website was either so sketchy (and to an extent the lack of reviews for RushTranslate too.) that it was a big turn off or the prices were ridiculous. I would give this paper over to other companies and private translators expecting some big discount, but no. I was getting price ranges ranging from 1200$ to 2000$+ just to essentially translate babys first paper. It had little hand writing / signatures, lots of court-level written lettering, and some stamps. I gave the paper finally to RushTranslate expecting the worst for an estimate, only to get it flipped back over to me in less than an hour stating the job was going to only be 712$. Mind you I also ordered a physical copy to be delivered in two days from approval, so -60$ or some odd dollars.I got it back within the week and I excitedly gave it over to my Austrian born step-dad who works for newspapers, and he said that the translation was exceptional!But that was it. I just wanted to come here as an actual person and say that for me this service worked as intended and good at it. The price was actually affordable, the translation was accurate and legible, and the support they offer in emails actually works.
