I went to this veterinarian to have my pets broken tooth fixed and his teeth cleaned. The doctor felt it was necessary to just pull the broken tooth, which I completely understood. However, the way it was written in the doctors post care notes just listed the visit as a dental cleaning. My dog ended up having 3 teeth pulled: 1 broken and two decayed. My pet insurance company then asked for a written follow up from the clinic to explain that the care provided also included a broken tooth, as only accidental is covered and not dental illness for the other two pulled decayed teeth. Called the clinic and they said they would respond to the email I sent same day with the updated info. It never happened. I called back the following week and was told they were busy and would get to it the previous week, never happened. Called a third, fourth, fifth and sixth time. Same thing: apology for it not being sent, being assured that it would be done, and then no follow through. Today was the last straw. I was being transferred to the doctor to check the status until it finally just rang to voicemail. I really just want the updated information to be conveyed to the insurance company so that they can reopen my claim. However, I cant move forward until the clinic provides the info to them. I waited over two months with multiple calls/emails. I dont have time to stress over this anymore.Customer response
