I was scammed out of $17,300 on 6/20/24 and am in need of immediate assistance and I havent received any communication back from Coinme after filing a scam report and requesting reimbursement that day. I am concerned the scammers have gotten away.Review from Reyne V

The worst company ever. The worst support bar none. They take your ******************'t allow you to sign up for an account and there is nothing you can do about it. They have automated robot chat, which is not helpful. Their Customer Support Ticket, regardless of what you submit will automatically deny your request. They have a fake Submit Reimbursement Button but it is only a image and not actually functioning button. I only used them because they were in CoinStar kiosk.Review from Joe M

They rob you to enrich them selfs with entreme fees and then they rip you off in every way possible. Very bad service and horrible company. Do not buy any bitcoin or send any with this high way robbery company. They are a bunch of scam artists.Review from Mona J

My mother and I were recently scammed out of $6000 through a Coinme account and though the transactions were reported, verified and supposedly escalated to urgent within minutes, I have yet to receive any response from them. It is my understanding that these accounts are commonly misused in this manner, and yet there appears to be no accountability for this company to address or respond to these issues. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Review from Noe P

I have reached out multiple times for the funds stolen from my account. They have acknowledged the that the funds are missing and said engineering is resolving this issue but what does that have to do with refunded my funds. They have taken more than $300 of my money. Ive given them every opportunity to refund me and they have yet to do so.Review from Jesse B

Have purchased crypto through their partner coinstar kiosk multiply times and out of the 20 times Ive purchased 3 times i never had the money I paid credited to my account.. When I try to contact their customer service its impossible because they have the worst customer service I have ever seen ************ is straight up crooks! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!Review from Jacob S

They scammed me for 5K and the company is impossible to contact. Even when I go through the form and fill everything out I immediately receive an email saying my form wasn't filled out and the "ticket is closed".Review from Shantell G

I try to redeem cash from an ATM and the atm never gave me the money, I submitted a ticket with coinme a month ago giving them every piece of information they asked for and still havent heard anything back. They have no live support and no active email to communicate through. This company is trash and I wouldnt deal with them.
