      On November 20th 2023 I placed a subscription order with jacked pack. It is now December 22nd it was never shipped. I have sent multiple emails with no response. The phone number provided on the website has been disconnected. I want my money back! Stay away from this scamming company

      Purchased a 3 month prepaid subscription for $65.00 Never received. Attempted to contact by phone and email. No answer or response. Attempted to remove my payment type from the account and it will not allow this. I do not wish to renew although their website states that it will renew my account automatically.

      Purchased a 3 month subscription on December 5th, 2022. Received an email stating my subscription was accepted and paid for. $65 came out of my bank account. Received another email stating the boxes were being packed and I should receive tracking information once shipped. That was the last communication. No box arrived and attempts to contact the company via email and phone have produced no results and no return communication. The company offers ways to contact them but do not respond to communication and do not deliver the products promised with purchases. They are essentially stealing money from customers by promising a product and not delivering anything.

      On the 7th of November I thought I purchased the 25$ big box from them . I thought it was odd I never got a receipt. So I have been calling and emailing to no avail. I just want my money back.

      October 3nd, 2022, $15.00 Monthly subscription. This company does not answer calls or emails. Phone lines are shut down. Unable to speak to someone about a refund. I have report this as a fraudulent charge with my banking institution. This company appears to be fake and does not respond to any means of communication. Its been over 2 weeks since date of purchase and daily phone calls with no response.

      This business took my money and seemed to stop operating. They will not answer my emails and they must take down their website and return stolen money.

      I paid jacked pack for a 6 month subscription, I was charged $75 on August 7, 2021, I received 3 months then the packs stopped coming, I contacted the company, they said they had software problems and that my final 3 packs would be sent in December January and February, I received 1 in December and they stopped coming again, my calls were never returned and my emails were never answered, all am trying to get a $25.00 refund (***** per pack)or the last 2 packs sent out. I spoke to *********************, ************, he was the one who originally told my I would receive my missing packs, now he doesn't answer the phone, his email is ********************************

      I was getting JackedPacks once a month for a while with the $25.00 a month order plan, then it stopped suddenly with no explanation when I had ordered a yearly subscription to jacked pack heavyweight, at $225.00, back in October of 2021. I never received the order, but was charged again the $25.00 for a monthly subscription in December, after placing my $225.00 order. I received a pack in December, but havent received any since. I cant seem to get ahold of anybody at the office. After filing a complaint with the credit card company last November, I got $25.00 back, but all of a sudden, I got an email from the company informing me that my pack was on the way, and 2 of the same kind of JackedPacks arrived. It was like they had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar, and were trying to make up for it. But yet, I got charged $25.00 again when it was supposed to just be the yearly charge. I still have not received the product. At this point, Im only interested in getting my money back and I will just move on with my life.There have been ZERO responses from the company. I just want my $225.00 returned.
