Purchased an item on 05/24/2023. Order number is NF1023062617. I contacted customer support on 05/29/2023 and was not provided a resolution. I was only instructed to keep waiting, yet the tracking states delivered via ********************** from ***** I was instructed by ******* from customer support to check my neighbors house, and contact the local post office. That is not my responsibility and I will not be conducting my own independent investigation when that is the responsibility of both the merchant and the carrier. In the initial purchase of this item on the Sunday April 30,2023. The ***** NF1023060334 cancellation was sent to the support staff for the item not to be shipped, as well several phone calls to aid in the stoppage of shipping product out. The company phone number is a fraud service to just repeat message company is unable to take your call. The earliest time of business Monday morning a May 1, 2023 no one at the company would respond before the item could be stopped. Immediate refund is requested and send PDF bar code refund return mailing label via email.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bottles of D-Mannose from this company. I have called numerous times to their 800 number and receive a recording every time. I have emailed the company with no reply. I placed an order that I assumed would be sent via ground delivery. It was sent via DHL/USPS to our physical address which does not receive mail. Since we do not have a mail box, it was returned to the sender. They received the return March 7th. I contacted them multiple times informing them as such and requesting a refund for $89.75. I have not had response and I've tried calling them as well. only to be sent to v-mail. I've read on other sites that they do not respond to emails and v-mails. I ordered some items from this company and was missing 2 items- a bottle of Apple cider gummies and a bottle of Ceylon Cinnamon. My order number is - NF1023027903. I ordered these products on 1.24.22 and was delivered to on 2.3.22 to my friends address. I have attempted to email , call, and leave messages. Their is never a representative to answer my call and no one has attempted to email me.
