On August 12, 2023 I placed an order totaling $75.84, with the agreement to pay a fee of $50 after 14 days of the free trial that was offered in purchasing membership prices. On the 15th I received an email saying the item was on backorder. On the 26th after not hearing from them about any updates I contacted them to cancel my order and free trial subscription. I needed those item quickly and found another source which I knew to be reliable. On the 29th $50 was taken out of my account after the company did not reply to any of my attempts to make contact. No one answers the phone, monitors the help line on the site or answers the emails. I need my $50 back into my account.Customer response

Today (9/1/23), I received an email stating that my order had been updated to being cancelled. This was a step in the right direction as I was concerned they would ignore my cancellation request and remove more money from my account. However, no mention was made as to replacement of the $50 membership fee. I replied to the email informing them that you were involved now and asked them to please replace the fee. Thank you so much for 'lighting a fire under their feet' to get their attention. Hopefully I will hear from them about this matter soon.

I have not received the $50 refund. The only thing the company has done was to cancel my original order that they were unable to fulfil. Because the items I had ordered were out of stock that money was not taken from my account. But two weeks after I had placed my original order a $50 fee for being able to buy their products was taken from my account even though I had already cancelled my order.Customer response

I just received my bank statement which lists a $50 return from Seacoast dated 9/5. Please ask Seacoast Naturals to accept my apologies that I did not find this earlier. When I checked my online account I just did not see where it had been returned. I certainly had no intention of trying to be dishonest about this affair. Thank you for your help in getting this resolved. I think they just need better staffing in communications with their customers.
