I contacted H&W ********************************************************************************************************************************* note. This course was completely waitlisted, and they filled my spot immediately. They refused to transfer my credit to the waitlisted person so that I could use the money for medical bills. I was told I could have the credit for a future course. I told them it was not clear if I could ever that the course or if I needed to retire and thus would not need the course due to health issues. I was told by Grey over the phone that it seemed like I was due a refund and to send copies of my emails I sent to the company. In future correspondence, he did not acknowledge the phone conversation and simply said there was no exception for medical emergencies, They refused to refund my money or transfer my credit to someone else. I told them that even if I were able to recover and take a course that I was now not interested in investing in a company that makes no allowances for true medical emergencies.
