Poor customer communication, have had 3 repairs completed at this time. At no time have they maintained communication while repairing our vehicle, we bought from them. One repair took over 4 ** to complete. Now a repair that *** or *** not be related to previous work, no middle ground reached on cost. Run around, rude, difficult and belittling. Having purchased a vehicle from Brian Harris in the past, I thought I would have been treated like a valued customer. Unfortunately that was not the case. Long story short, I called in & spoke to *** (the co- owners daughter), from the beginning she was nasty as if she was having bad day, which we all have so no biggie. I figured Ill just go in & get this dealt with in person. I not only waited 40 minutes but clearly gave them enough time to call Mias mother and a *****, only to be told that I must have said something to *** to excuse her rude demeanor. I could not believe I was hearing this. ThenJason jumps in and says I was there when you spoke to ***! So then you heard her as well? But clearly she is the co owners daughter so of course I am wrong. Never would I trust these individuals again. And to have your mommy come in to save the day. Is absolutely atrocious and embarrassing.Review from Lisa D

Zero Stars. Purchased a vehicle, the very next day is overheated and left me stranded. I had to have it towed back to the car lot and it took them days to resolve with no offer of a loaner car. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle and Brian Harris Used Cars would make no exception to the fact that they sold me a mechanically defected vehicle. Each and every time it broke down they would tell me they were too busy to service it and it would be sometime weeks before they would get it done and I was without a vehicle to get to and from work during those times. In the course of a 17 months the vehicle had to have 13 substantial repairs. 5 of which required it being towed at my expense and only a portion of the repairs were covered by the warranty the car lot sold me. I would never recommending doing business with this establishment as they have no allegiance to customers once the car is purchased.
