      I placed an order for garlands with Lynch Creek Farms for a special occasion due to take place on Dec 9th. The order was placed on Nov 10th, with a request to ship on Nov 29th, calculated to arrive before December 8th, and taking into account the disclaimer that the company might take additional 3 days to ship. On December 2nd I was notified that the garlands are ready to ship, but instead of 4 business days deliver time as shown on the website, the *** estimated delivery was Dec 11th. I immediately emailed the company to let them know that this date is AFTER the special event, and I needed to return the package since no one will be at the house to receive it after Dec 10th. I emailed the company in two separate occasions and received no answer. I spoke with a representative on Friday, Dec 8th, who said this was a missed shipment and not to worry, the company will do right by you. I called again on Monday, Dec 11th, and this time the answer was sorry, we can offer you a $50 gift certificate. I attempted to work out the issue with the vendor 4 different times, unfortunately with no success.

      We are very sorry for ******************************* frustration with this order. We clearly state on our website that shipping transit times are always approximate and never guaranteed. *** and ***** often need extra time in transit during the holidays (November and December). We intentionally do not guarantee delivery dates, and they are stated as "approximate" on our website and in the checkout. If items are needed for an event, we strongly encourage using expedited services, which we offer on the website, and to ship early. *************************** did  reach out to us about this. We shipped the item on time as requested. One of our customer service agents incorrectly told them that the order was expedited with 3-day shipping, and that if the item didn't arrive in time for the event that we would make it right. We followed through with this promise. On 12/17/23 I called *************************** at the number we have on file for them: ********** and left a voice message apologizing for the situation. In the voice message, I told them their order would be fully refunded. That same day, 12/17/23, we issued a full refund for $228.77. Please see the attachment showing the refund, and a screenshot of the phone call. We are very sorry for the miscommunication about this and for that *********** arrived late for the customer's event. We feel we have followed through and correcting the issue with a full refund. It seems the customer may not be aware that the refunded was issued, and missed our phone call.

      I purchased a holiday centerpiece from Lynch Creek farms and received it around 12/3/2022. The centerpiece looks nothing like the picture on website. I paid $85 for the arrangement. I left several poor reviews and heard nothing from company. I sent an email about my complaint to customer service, I also sent a picture. The response was..your arrangement is beautiful and the photos of their product were taken in a perfect setting by professional photographer. Pretty much that was it. The arrangement is smaller, not lush and does not have quality of greens as represented. I'm frustrated that a company blew me off so quickly. I'm a 3rd time repeat customer. I will never purchase from them again. To me it's false representation of product. You will see in the pictures that my container shows at the bottom with half of the greens etc. The photo includes a pic of centerpiece from website.I am sure nothing will come from complaint, mainly wanting company to be honest with products. Also, my review of a poor product is not listed on their site, I reviewed it 3 times with one star. Site would not let me click No to not recommend product to others.

      We are sorry ***** was not happy with the centerpiece she received. Our fresh evergreen centerpieces are hand assembled with greenery into oasis foam and hand decorated. Much like a fresh flower arrangement, each one is a little different. The quality of our products is our highest priority. Since ***** is not fully satisfied with the centerpiece, we will issue a full refund in the amount of $84.95. We apologize for the frustration this has caused ***********
