I went into to have my phone repair under *********************** They repaired the screen and then it started to glitch, I had to take it back and found out that they used cheap parts. They then replaced the screen with a unit that the *** antenna was not working. I had the repair done for a month and did not notice the issue with the *** until trying to use it for directions. I took it back in and they said they say a **** in the ribbon cable to the antenna that is on the exterior of the screen assembly. I then had to come back a 4th time to have them replace it but it still did not work. I then started to have issues with the phone shutting off with the lightest bump. I have a coworker who use to do cell phone repairs so he asked to look at it and when removing the phone from the case, the rear panel popped open. When we looked closer, we could see that they did not use the correct sealant to seal the panel which meant if my phone would of gotten damp it would have ruined it. When the panel popped open 2 screws fell out of the phone. This is what made the phone restart all the time by shorting out the battery. I have been working with the owner of the store and he refused to fix his faulty repair and says that I did something to phone. I also canceled Square Trade and when with there recommended Assurant coverage. During this process, the owner tried to have me call in a clam that the phone had been damaged so he did not have to pay for his faulty repair. I would recommend not going to or using this store with the 3 month process I have been dealing with. I have used previous CPR stores before but the ********** ** one is a rip off.
