I ordered school pictures for both of my daughters both in 7th grade. I paid $124 for home delivery. No pictures have been delivered. There are digital photos of my daughters, the photos exist. I emailed Olympic and the owner *****, refused to help me, told me to go see if they were dropped off at the school. Offered no other solution. They were not. (Why should I have to do this?) Now ***** wont reply to my emails. Im out $124!!!! And have NO SCHOOL PHOTOS and apparently thats not a problem for *****, who is the owner. I cant even decide if I want to do retakes which are next week because I have nothing to go by. No answer to two voicemails left at the business as well. Hello,
Photo orders from this school were shipped out by **** on 10/19/22. An e-mail was sent to this parent on 10/18/22, 10/19/22, 10/20/22. Were this parent is missing the point is school photos take 3-4 weeks to come back from the photo labs. Pictures placed are not an overnight service, there is not a photo studio in this country that offers overnight service for school pictures.
We have reached out to this parent a fourth time today to inform here that her order is in the mail and heading her direction by **** mail.

I am rejecting this response because:it isnt a correct representation of events.
I emailed the business on 10/16 and the reply 10/18 was for me to go figure it out at the school.
To which I replied again two more times 10/19 asking for the business to please find another resolution which did not receive a reply. Today after filing this complaint the business finally emails me they were mailed out the 19th so that sent me to the school on the 16th unnecessarily as well. Im fairly certain the business could have known this at the time of my first email had they actually investigated.
Two voicemails were also unanswered.
There is nothing in my spam from the business no emails were missed. This would not make sense either, that I received some and not other emails from the exact same email address of this business.I spent $124 for a product it did not appear I was going to receive. Concomitantly, Im receiving emails from the school that retakes need to be purchased. How can I know if I want them, which I would also have to pay for, without the original product?
Finally, your online reviews indicated a history of snarky responses and less than stellar customer service.
Without the product I paid for, nor response to multiple attempts of contact until now.
I hope to receive the pictures as promised, but until I do this will not be resolved.
