      I went to the business, Bliss Small Batch Creamery, on May 26, 2023. And my daughter and I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a report to the company's owner as I was distraught, including my daughter. She responded and sent me two gift cards for each with $10.00 on them. So we tried the place again on June 15, 2023. Well, one of the gift cards did not show that it was valid and did not go through to redeem, and I had to pay money out of my pocket to pay for the complete total as it came to $16.07. That, to me, is not good business. I reached out to the owner, and she said the gift cards showed redeemed and was rude in her response. I have it on my bank statements (attached) that I had to pay money from my debit card that day, June 15, 2023. I am distraught with this business, and I want to make a formal complaint made against this business with one of the customer services I received on May 26th and from the owner ****** Leaf.

      We received the attached email on 5-26-23. We replied to her email and invited her to call us back. She explained that she was upset because our employee was not engaging and would not smile We apologized that she did not receive the service she was expecting and thanked her for alerting us to the issue so that we could address the training issue with our staff. We sent her the attached $10 gift card as a Thank You for her feedback. We did address the issue with our staff and gave her some coaching for how to improve her engagement with customers in the future. We do find that ***** redeemed the Thank You gift card that we sent to her (receipt from our POS attached. The customer received the full value of the ice cream ordered. Bliss gifted the customer with a $10 gift card. No payment was made by the customer to ******************** for the $10 Thank You gift card. We apologized that we were not able to deliver the kind of experience she was looking for. Our customers have every opportunity to return unconsumed product and leave before paying.

      I am rejecting this response because: as you can see the attached text message I received with the two different texts of $10.00 for both gift cards. You can also see on the attachments that they sent me 2 different gift cards as the redeem codes are both different for $10.00 dollars each which equals to $20.00. 
      This employee was more then rude and traumatized my 4 year old daughter who just wanted to get ice cream for my birthday to celebrate. This employee should not work at an ice cream shop that mostly has families and little children who purchase from them. My daughter cried in the store because of how rude this employee was to myself and my daughter. Its truly horrible what this employee named ***** did to us. It was the worst customer service Ive ever received. I want my money back from them. As she the owner ****** said she was giving me 2 $10.00 gift certificates. This place is too expensive for not so good ice cream. Me, my family and ************************ will never be back to their store.

      I am rejecting this response because I want my money back that was supposed to be sent to me and I want customers to understand what kind of treatment my daughter and I received. I want to voice that when we came back into their ice cream shop to get the products worth what they told me I would receive of the $20.00, that the employee named ***** was in there and we again noticed that her behavior has not changed.  She was still rude and not good with customers. I don't think the training and couching that the owner ****** so called said she gave to her worked. I have never been treated so horribly especially in front of my 4 year old child. She was so excited to get ice cream and ***** ruined the whole experience and made my daughter cry. Not okay to a mother of a child. I am very upset and still upset by this whole situation that could have been handled a lot better. Especially a business that deals with children and customer service.
