- Date of the transaction: September 23, 2022 - Amount paid to Seattle Express for transportation service: $74.20 - Seattle Express committed: ********************** from Seattle WA Port to Double Tree Seattle ************* on Sept 23, 2022 - Carry-on broken while was under the Shutter Express's control during transportation from Seattle WA Port to Double Tree Seattle ************* on Sept 23, 2022 - I discussed with Seattle Express's customer service ******** by phone the same day the incident occurred and sent a email and pictures of damage's carry-on the next day at ******************************** following ******'s instructions. After calls and emails, I did not receive answer from Seattle Express will resolve this matter . - Booking number: *********Business response

I responded to the complainant that our HR department had forgot to reach out to them to resolve this issue. I then refunded them their transfer fee and they replied back that was acceptable. I refunded their credit card on 10/15/2022.Customer response
