Hired Evergreen tree services **** to have one tree removed and two others trimmed. We discussed the rounds be left in 8 ft rounds and the wood chips left at the resident as well for our own disposal. The estimate was around *******. Got a call from Evergreen tree services a week later and they told me it was going to be ******* instead of the *******. Got home and the back yard was filled with all the tree branches. Called Evergreen tree services **** and was told I signed a contract and in the contract it said " leave tree debris in the back yard per customer. In a nutshell I was charged over ******* dollars and my backyard is unusable. Called Evergreen tree services and explained my grievances to a gentleman and was told to send pictures of my backyard, been over a week an no one from Evergreen tree service has got in touch. Why pay ******* for an unfinished job, makes no sense.Business response

Our Regional Director for this area visited with our Client ******************* today 6/20/2022. It was ascertained that a pile of branches was left on site that should have been chipped. ******** responsible for the oversite will be rescheduled and get the debris removed from the site.
